Jungle Resort Dandeli

It is the worst experience i have ever come across. I will never suggest anyone to the book the resort or to avail their services. No proper services are provided interms of food, in house activities they were supposed to provide. No proper management. They misrepresented. It was never disclosed to us that there are no in house activities and for water activities we have to travel around 60 kms to and fro. Not provided any guide to show the location for water activities nor any assistance were given at the location. Its only a money making business at the cost of customers. Once they receives the payment they shy away from their responsibilities .

One of the most horrible experience anyone can go through. The food is the worst part . They send you pictures of all activities so you think that it will be all their in house activities and it will be nearby your resort but they wont tell you the reality. The activities like kayaking , river rafting, zorbing is 30 kms away from our hotel which they did not tell us in advance before booking. also after reaching the activity area we came to know that we have 3 hour waiting period and there is a huge huge line as we had done booking through hotel and people who came there and paid were given first preferences knowing you would not wait there for 3 hours you just leave the acitivities and go and thats how they make money and loot people and mislead them .they charged us 2600 per person for room and we had booked 2 rooms out of which 1 of the rooms ac was not even working and the lights kept going. They just scam you by taking all the money before reaching the resort so that later you cannot do anything and you are helpless. Before booking with them please ask all the details like if one person doesnt come so will they charge us for that also bcz thats what happend with us he charged us money for a friend who culdnt make it even though he clearly told us that he wil charge us per person . Please ask for all the details of stay, food ,activities and the distance for the activities if you have your own vehicle then good or else they wil scam you for transportation also. Very bad experience...

We had visited the resort today and we had the Worst experience. The organizer had misrepresented us especially what is shown in the website and the actuality is totally different. Especially the water activities. we traveled atleast 25 km from the so called resort to the place of water activity and upon reaching ther, we had to wait atleast 2 hour to get our turn to do the activities. abt all these, the organizer don't even inform or mention in their itinerary. There were some water activities which are paid which we come to known upon checking in. The food provided is not that good. Kindly take note of the following if anyone planning to book for dandeli . * do enquire abt the above mentioned with them Before booking or making payment. Its actually a big time scam.waste of money And time.

I felt very good to stay in this resort. The hospitality of the people is very good. And for booking Ms. Ruchita helped us alot, the gratitude which is has is very polite. Overall the best experience I had in dandeli

Misrepresentation about water sports Activities. To Dew Drop resort, Dandeli, Karnataka. I am extremely disappointed with the misrepresentation of services by your hotel leading to great inconvenience to me and my friends who had come to Dandeli and had booked your resort for the first time. The message sent to my friend on whatsApp about confirmation of our hotel room booking in your hotel clearly did not disclosed the fact that water sports activities were not hosted by your hotel and that the same were 30 kms away from Dew Drop resort. Quite on the contrary the said whatsApp message gave an impression to us as if water sports activities which were included in our package were arranged/hosted by your hotel and were in the backyard and Or near to your hotel. It was upon reaching your office yesterday ie. 27/05/2023 situated in Dandeli city the staff disclosed to us that water sports activities were 30 kms away from the resort. This was completely unexpected to us as we had booked your hotel considering the services offered to us which included water sports activities. Today when we reached bison river i. e. the place where water sports activities were held it came to our notice that your hotel did not provide us any water sports activities and it was rather a sort of arrangement with those organizing such activities. This is also clear from the fact that no one from your hotel was present at the Bison river and neither did any of your staff accompanied us to that place. The most shocking thing was when we reached the spot we were asked to wait for 4 hours to enjoy kayaking, boating/river rafting due to heavy rush by the tourist. As mentioned above we chose to book your hotel considering the water sports activities offered by you which was shown in your itinerary (booking confirmation message sent to my friend on What'sapp). We were thus misrepresented by your hotel in to a false belief that water sports activities would be provided by your hotel when in fact the same were not at all provided by your hotel and were rather arranged through someone else. Such misrepresentation caused us tremendous inconvenience as we were compelled to travel 30 kms away from dew Drop resort. Due to time constraint and the fact that we had to return back, we requested for refund of the amount towards water sports activities. Accordingly we were refunded an amount of Rs. 200 per person total Rs. 1200 for 6 persons on my google pay number. However the amount refunded to us is far less than the inconvenience caused to me and my friends who were compelled to return back completely becoz of your hotels misrepresentation about water sports activities.

Good stay at a perfect destination. The management is totally awesome and we'll managed by Nikita madam...cheers to him for managing the in a very beautiful way. Overall a perfect place to hangout and chill with Friends and Family. In the Era of pandemic this place also holds its mark in hygienic room and clean accommodation. 9

"Scam Alert Worst experience ever..... Will never ever visit the said place again, people who want to visit the said place should go at their own risk as the persons who take the bookings are very good at misrepresenting the facts. The foods which was provided for lunch, dinner and breakfast was worst and the activities mentioned in list at the time of booking is not hosted by the farm but has the tie up with others where you are made to travel 30 to 32 km away from the farm and also you are made to wait for 2 to 3 hours for such sport activities. The approch of the people who takes up the booking of the farm are very unprofessional. If any body wants to visit the said place for celebrating any special movment of their life with family or friends definitely will have a worst experience of their life as we had.The main aim or purpose is not to provide a good hospitality or service to the people who visit but to loot them by misrepresenting the factual position. Visit at your own risk....

The quality of food needs to be improved to a great extent, At weekends this place is too crowded and the staff goes helter skelter and the place becomes messy Choose this place if you have your personal vehicle, the water sports location is around 20+kms away
