VEERABHOOMI RESORTS

I recently stayed at VEERABHOOMI RESORTS, and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. Overall, this resort was one of the worst I’ve ever stayed at. I would highly advise anyone to look elsewhere for their vacation. Not only was the experience disappointing, but it was also incredibly frustrating. I will never be returning to [Resort Name], and I would not recommend it to anyone. 1. Check-in process: The staff was unprofessional and rude. I had to wait for over an hour to check in, despite having a reservation. The front desk seemed completely disorganized, and there was no apology for the inconvenience. 2. Room condition: The room was dirty and poorly maintained. The sheets had stains, and there was a strong musty smell. The bathroom had mold, and the air conditioning didn’t work properly. It was unbearably hot and uncomfortable throughout the night. 3. Facilities: The resort claims to have many amenities, but most were either broken or completely unavailable. The pool was filthy, with debris floating in the water, and the gym was small and outdated. The spa was closed for maintenance without any prior notice. 4. Food: The food at the resort was overpriced and tasted awful. Breakfast was cold, and the lunch and dinner options were bland and underwhelming. We even had to wait over 45 minutes for our meals to be served. 5. Customer service: What really ruined this trip was the horrible customer service. When I raised concerns about the issues, the staff was dismissive and uninterested in resolving anything. I felt ignored and disrespected throughout my stay. 6. Value for money: This place is an absolute rip-off. I paid a premium price for a subpar experience, and nothing about it was worth the cost.

Experience from visit on 8/11/2024. Pathetic rooms. Allotted the rooms to the guest even without cleaning the room and making the bed from sheets used by the previous guest. On requested to change the bed sheets, still again send the old, dirty and torn sheets. Dirty pillows and pillow covers. Old and less maintenance. Worms and insects all around the rooms. Food ans dining are is good. Dinning and service staff are good. Swimming pool was not cleaned.

I had recently visited VEERABHOOMI RESORT for a night stay organised by our school. Basically there were plenty of rooms given and lots of rooms were not well maintained like, there were bugs, insects in the bedsheets of some rooms. The AC was in good condition and we had a smart tv to keep us entertained. They had given hot water supply for 24/7 which has to be appreciated. The atmosphere of the resort was too good, there were plants/tress planted every where. The dining area was large enough to accomadate 20-30 people at once. There was a stage set-up and swimming pool available which was well maintained. They had indoor games facilities too. The staffs who attended us were friendly enough to guide us when need. They did not have free drinking water supply facility which was disappointing, they charged rupees 30 for 1 litre water bottle which was more than the MRP price. Overall my experience in the resort was good. They can improve their facilities. As observed the staffs are capable and experienced.

Veerabhoomi is one of the worst resort ever I have visited in coorg. The staff are rude and uncultured behaviour. Food is pathetic. Even room facilities are not good. All advertisement are false which is placed in their web. * no DJ and no Dj lights. * hot water will come only half bucket with that we can't finish our morning routines. * no campfire as they promised. Over all Worst experience after spending good amount of 💰..

One of the worst resort Veerabhoomi Bad service No staff No washroom clean When by mistake any one done vomiting They charge 2800 for bedsheet No basic needs, like they won't provide drinking water also I wouldn't suggest anyone to go veerabhoomi resorts Coorg The Manger behave like rowdy won't response proper No fire camp nothing DJ off before 11 only This place is scam!!!!! Nearby activities All bullshit the pool is not cleant full algae in the pool.

Worst resort, Staff behaviour very rude, Manager/Incharge behaved like a local rowdy, No drinking water in the room, we asked water they told to pay amount, No DJ, No Fire Camp, No Hot Water for bath, If the rating is there for negative selection I had selected rating -5
