I and my team thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The resort ambience was lovely & very serene. Most attraction part of this resort is backyard river streams and easy access to play into it. Swimming pool and indore game space, rope zip line was good. They had a Audio System which we used through bluetooth & we enjoyed it. The staffs were always motivated to help us. The food was excellent, the chef and staff ensured that our pallet needs were met. Lovely to say “our team building activities” with BYOB Cheers 🍻 🥂. Resort has open environment and the atmosphere helped us to relax and rejuvenate to resume work next morning. We look forward to coming back.

One of the worst resort I have been gone to...!! There is no one to ask what is what, as there is no receptionist in the resort only people who are working they received me..!! I strongly recommend not to visit this resort..!! Food was very bad meanwhile management is full money minded...!! I did a online booking and they have charged extra for 2 kids with 50% of adult charges..!!

We stayed in this resort over a night, where we checked in at 8pm and checked out next day morning around 11am. We were charged 7200+ for a day stay it was a 4 bed room. Ambiance -we liked the view from our balcony and the ambiance is also good. Food- they provide only breakfast in the package, night dinner you will have to pay extra while they cost 750 per person buffet. Which we felt is over priced for a veg buffet. Food was average in taste , no much options over all they provide you 4-5 dishes in buffet. For breakfast they had given us yellow rice, poori, sagu, 1 sweet and bread with jam Room- room when it comes for comfort it’s good, but all the balcony in the row of different rooms are attached. We found so many ants in the room. Irrespective of we informed them no measures where taken. Admin behaviour- 2/5 I would like to rate, bcz we had made a online booking and had already paid for the room including the extra tax of 7200+, after we check out the admin calls us and ask for the payment giving us the reason of non paid. Which is very unprofessional as they are doing business. The lady over there must learn some business management skills. WiFi- no wifi provided Games- outdoor activities are not so impressive when it comes to safely and fun. Indoor games are good. Overall I feel it’s just an over rated resort no much fun practically.

I don't recommend this resort, as food was limited and not cooked well and taste was horrible. They have charged extra for item which was part of dinner. This place is not worth for money in terms food and activities except swimming pool. The property manager was full commercial and greedy for money. Don't get cheated with photos what they uploader

We selected Sereno Resort to celebrate our Motorcycle club anniversary. We were more than 100 people. Right from the initial discussions, to the execution Arpita and her team were extremely supportive and took all our requests into consideration. The location was fantastic and the pool is well maintained and huge. Food is yummy with a wide spread of local food items. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Everyone felt comfortable and at home.

We landed on friday August16th around 11am, we were family of 13 members including around 4 kids. The Manager Naveen asked us to fully pay remaining amount as soon we landed at the resort within 10mins. No welcome drink. He showed as two rooms which could accomodate 13 family members with, they were not big enough, They were ok. Just imagine 2 bathromms/rest rooms for 13 members. After proding, Naveen allocated another room which was good, My question is why intially only all the 3 rooms were assigned to us. They took the full payment within 30mins of arrival, i was suprised why so much hurry, i asked them the real reason, they told some patrons while exiting the resort they were not paying the amount, hence they wanted to collect initially. We payed them fully & asked about quality of food & other things whether they can confirm on this , Naveen assured 100% we will be fully satisfied. Now starts the real service. * Rooms were not clean enough, we should again raised a request to get it cleaned. * Lunch was horrible on August16th, Chicken curry was overloaded with salt. It was horrible lunch. we raised a concern again with naveen. Food menu was not good. Payasam was horrible. * Snack Bhajji they provided at 5pm, It did not have salt itself. * They provided coffee , It was like payasam full of sugar. * Dinner was horrible, we had ordered 2 plates of veg fried rice extra it was worst. **Friday 17th Breakfast was ok ** Lunch was good. ** Dinner was horrible. Friday 18th August. Breakfast was ok. *****What was good.*** Swimming pool was good & rope zip line was good. They had a Audio System which we used through bluetooth & we enjoyed it. Overall i am not satisfied & when it comes to food it was below average. The owners/Manager should focus on quality of food instead of collecting 100% payment as soon as patrons arrive. If the service is genuine & good, no patron will think twice to honour the payment.

Horrible stay. Stayed 2N with family. Resort is not well maintained with dirt everywhere. No dedicated cook, so random people will cook. Long frozen meats will be used. Ordered fish kabab for dinner and the same masala was used and fried in fish oil for next day complimentary breakfast. Sometimes they will intentionally shut off the generator to conserve electricity (Heard a lady telling to switch on generator after multiple times I complained). Not at all worth the price you pay for. Need to travel atleast 10km to find a restaurant. For each and everything you need to be behind a person, even for basic things. After multiple attempts, few of your basic needs would be fulfilled. My suggestion is not to visit this place. More than money, you will lose your peace of mind.
