We had been with family 12 people and it was completely a disaster and whole disappointment We waited for more than 90 minutes for check in, the food quality is not great. There is no menu in the resort and they charge different prices, rooms are wet and slippery not safe at all with kids, not many veg options here and no hygiene, No safety measures for rope active, boating is a nightmare in the small dirty pond , swimming pool not clean at all pets around come drink water and Play in same pool, kids and ladies felt unsafe and poor service, all the veg sterersno hot water for bathing,staffs are not trained professionally, nothing much to do for 2 days there we spent around 80k for 2dys not recommended for revisit never want any of my friends and family to go there it's mentioned on Google 3 star not the same. No one follows up for any feedback or service related issues

We visited with 5 families and booked 5 cottages. The location and weather were awesome, and the kids had a blast with the pool and outdoor activities like boating and rope activities. The staff were really nice and helpful, which we appreciated. That said, a few things could be better. The rooms weren’t super clean, some bedding and pillow / cover smelled bad and felt a bit off. We also had a power outage one night with no power backup & emergency lights, which was a bit tough with kids to stay at night. As they said, since it’s a nature-themed place, but there were a lot of snails inside the rooms and bathrooms, which scared the kids. Some bathroom fixtures were broken. The food was okay and filling, but not very tasty or varied, chicken are not cleaned well it seems, bit smelled while having. The evening snacks felt a bit pricey for what we got (8 piece pepper chicken - Rs.350/-) Coffee/Tea/Snacks are just OK. Boating was fun, but the water wasn’t very clear, so we skipped the zipline. The campfire was great, but only having one audio system for all the groups made it hard to enjoy fully. More audio systems would help when it’s busy and more than bookings. Overall, the spot has a beautiful and fun activities. With more focus on cleanliness, maintenance & food, it could be an even better place to stay.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The hospitality was shockingly poor, and the management was completely unprofessional. The food served was stale and barely edible—definitely not fresh or worth the price. To make matters worse, the owner was rude and dismissive, showing no regard for customer satisfaction. There were zero activities or entertainment, despite what was promised. The entire place felt neglected and poorly run. Definitely not recommended—save your time, money, and energy and go somewhere that actually values its guests.

It was a wonderful experience! The service was excellent, rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated how well we were treated. Highly recommended for a relaxing family stay!

Took a wrong decision by going to this place. Not at all meant for family. They serve stale food especially the raitas they keep are given for 2 days. Curd was always spoilt for all the 4 meals they served excluding breakfast, they serve the same rasam also for all time the food is completely is reheated and served again and again

We were 20 group of friends stayed here last week.The resort was situated in a breathtaking location with stunning views of the lush greenery . The staff were incredibly welcoming and ensure our stay .The food was delicious,with a wide variety of options and fresh ingredients. Room was impeccably clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. We loved the range of activities available . Must visit again with family

This is my second visit with my friends.Comfort stay, very good hospitality, nice food. Over all perfect and pleasant stay. Value for money. Room is best with great atmosphere. Memorable stay.But the real highlight was the trekking—early morning sunrise view made our day blast. We feel clouds closer. Thank you all. I would go there again and again.
