Lake View Resort Karlad Adventure Camp

Excellent location and value for money. Friendly staff. The tents are comfortable for a family but not luxurious. The lake and adventure activities are open to public from 9-6. So you get a private resort feeling only after these hours. Early morning time was the best to experience the silence of the lake. Zip line adventure is very good to try as well.

The location was perfect, overlooking the lake. The tent was spacious enough for a small family with a big cot. They provided extra mattress on request for kids. The behavior of the proprietor Mr Ajal was very nice and he was very helpful to arrange transportation to the nearby places. They provided breakfast and dinner, simple but delicious.

Well, I wanted to give a honest review about this place. You might have noticed that I gave 2 stars and that is because of the staff Abin and Joji (if I’m calling them right). Coming to the point, when we booked the resort it was told that it’s a cottage. However, when we went there we found it to be a tent house. We went to speak to the reception who said that’s the only option they have, later a call from the reservation team, came in as a shocker, who told us, you are free to leave the facility if you do not like but there would be no refund. Is this the customer service? Instead of convincing the disturbed customer, you say you are free and to leave? The rooms does not have numbers to identify. There is no internet There is no hot water facility There is no proper lighting in the rooms.

Only for the location i am giving 3 Stars.. place is good but not maintained.. tent looks good from outside but inside the curtain was so dirty & can't even close properly that was horrible.. service was good they offered bonfire music.. if they maintain this place then it will be the best tent with the bathroom..

The location was good but the facilities provided were very poor .Shabby and unclean tent ,dirty bedsheets and room .There was no hot water supply ,no proper lighting in the premises ..

They are providing tent house accommodation. It's only worth for 500 rupees. Not well maintained. Breakfast was good.
