We went to this resort in the month of February-2024. We booked 5 rooms for 5 families. She informed us that one of the room the water flow is less, we cancelled one room prior our check-in, still they provided the room with very less water flow. |In one of the rooms in the sit-out area light is not working, we informed them they said lights not required. All the rooms we have spotted multiple insects. |There is no wifi in the room, only the reception and restaurant area you will get wifi.|We sit in the reception area for Wifi access, one of their staff came and closed the reception area and said after 7 pm reception not allowed.|They arranged a campfire in an area where there are no lights.|The pool was not maintained properly, and the kids play areas all are rusted and not in good condition.|We paid 1200 rupees to reach this resort as a toll fee, but still the roads are not good, almost 1.5 Km are off-road.|We booked for two days and then we cancelled after the first day.|Totally spoiled our trip mood.|The place is good, but not maintained properly.||Avoid if you are travelling with family

From cozy cottages to luxurious suites, one bedroom and two bedroom villas which caters to every visitor's need for comfort. With its top-notch amenities, breathtaking views, and personalized service, D Heavenly Mist Resort promises an unforgettable retreat.. Resort manager Ms Betty is very helpful for the guest and she is an asset for the resort. Food is very good.We will visit again and spend more time in this resort.

Rooms were not that great. Road to the resort is not in good condition and have to pay 500 rs per vehicle. Food and service were good

Worst experience with the stay. No water over night in room and no proper response. You have to pay additional ₹1200 for the private road entry. The road near the resort is very dangerous. Totally dry and not properly maintained surrounding.

Giving 5⭐ rating for the resort As same the name ' D'Heavenly mist ' the place is fully covered by mist during all the time. The kind of services provided were great and excellent hospitality. Major attraction of the place is infinity pool, children park and view tower. One and only drawback the resort is located few kilometres away from elapara town we have to access a private road onwed by Tyford Tea estate for which we have to pay toll and condition of the road is not good for 1km inside the private road.

Very good atmosphere. Mist you can expect anytime and that is the main attraction. Campfire with Barbeque and cold mist is amazing experience. Its situated in the middle of 17 acre and away from public, not to worry if you are a big group and the partying will not be any disturbance to others. Recomended place nice to visit.
