What a property if you are looking for a child friendly property. Warning - you may miss your day outing activities like sight seeing because your kid will not be ready to leave this place. There are so many attractions just for kids like swings, tranpoline, RC car, swimming pool, gardens, play area, water painting, indoor games and what not The hospitality was great. They provide non complimentary meals for kids also. Loved this place.

It's always great to stay with Sterling properties. This one also is not different. The location is a little far from the city, but the stay is good. Food is great. Spread is good. Services are great as always. In summary I loved the stay and would recommend it to everyone. Tip: try to take an early bird offer if possible. It's great value for money.

Brilliant place, serene calm and everything that one would want from a peaceful vacation. My family enjoyed the stay here. Do not miss the trekking (make advance reservations), Mr. Thahir from Sterling was our guide, he was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about forest and wildlife conservation. You will start appreciating wildlife, forest and nature a little more after this trek. Also a forest can never be a substitute for an equal number of trees planted elsewhere (against the popular opinion). A learning for me. Great place great memories.

Overall such a wonderful experience. Starting with the location which is right next to Devikulam / Chinnakanal Reserve Forest. The western ghats feel , the diversity of food , the lovely cottages , wonderful food makes it a wonderful value for money package. Inspite of heavy rush the staff did their best to manage things. What we loved most apart from food was the quality of house keeping services which was timely & prompt . Offcourse the activity centre managed by Thahir was the icing in the cake. A trained naturalist himself , Thahir & his colleague Christopher / others manage the activities so well. The Bird watching just inside the resort itself you can see some 30 odd species of birds which are endemic to Western Ghats. This was topped up with the last day easy trek to Seethadevi lake which was like you are deep inside a tropical forest but so close to the resort. Thats where Thahir's true passion and knowledge came out and what was supposed to be 2 hours trek extended to almost 3 hours . We spotted wild elephant dung / signs of recent elephant movements , fresh leopard scat , deer dropping , a lovely forest waterfall and finally the divine Seethadevi lake. For us everything else in Munnar can be missed but the Eravikulam National Park & this trek. Thahir is a true asset to Sterling Resorts team , wishing him & everyone in Sterling happy new year 2024

“I recently stayed at Sterling Munnar and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail of my stay was perfect. The room was spacious and impeccably clean.||The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. We especially enjoyed the New Year event with a Gala dinner, DJ, and campfire, which offered a variety of fresh and delicious options. The overall ambience of the hotel was relaxing.| Mr Christopher and other staff members accomplished well at the New Year event.

We stayed at Sterling Munnar for three nights, and it was an unforgettable experience. The highlight of our trip was a challenging trek through the Shola forests in the monkey hill guided by the knowledgeable Tahir from sterling resorts. We chose hard trek and it was well guided by Tahir from sterling.Surrounded by nature, we were lost in its beauty for nearly five hours. Though we didn’t spot many animals, seeing a deer and wildlife footprints added excitement. After reaching the top hill point, we get 360 degree view which was fascinating and memorable one. ||The resort itself was beautiful, with cozy accommodations and engaging evening activities like games and a bonfire. Sterling Munnar perfectly balanced adventure and relaxation, making it a trip we’ll always cherish. Highly recommended for nature lovers!

A special thank you to Mr. Shivakumar from room service for his exceptional work—he ensured our stay was comfortable and memorable with his attentiveness and efficiency.
