Our stay at Joy Resort was truly unforgettable! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, with each team member being incredibly supportive and welcoming. Their dedication to excellent service really made us feel at home. The room itself was fantastic, but the view from outside was just breathtaking – it honestly felt like a little piece of heaven. Waking up to such stunning scenery was the highlight of our stay. I’d highly recommend Joy Resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway.

Overall I would give a 4-star. The property is big and the location with valley view rooms are the plus for this resort. Food was really good and staffs were also very nice and polite. Specially, Mr. Lenin was very helpful. The hotel needs lot of maintenance work, the rooms and bathrooms specially needs deep cleaning and a bit of renovation. Areas of activities are also damaged and needs improvements. You would get small eateries for tea and snacks down the hotel. People coming by bus can get down exactly in-front of the resort.

My stay in Munnar was nothing short of magical. The hotel was perched amidst misty hills, offering breathtaking views of the serene landscape. The cozy ambiance and well-appointed rooms added to the comfort, making it a truly relaxing and memorable experience in the heart of nature.

Location: The resort is in a stunning location available in Munnar and beautiful Valley View rooms are available there. My Kids were enjoyed in play area. Nice photo shoot spot.. Service: The staffs were very helpful and friendly. Cleanliness: The resort is clean and safe. Food: The food is excellent and homelike. Atmosphere : The resort has a lovely and serene atmosphere. Activities: There are activities and fun to do and tree house 🏠 and room attached with it was very nice. Cleanliness: The resort is clean and safe. Food: The food is excellent and homelike. The resort is renovated in a nice way and has very spacious rooms like a villa.The location is awesome with dam below and a waterfall behind. The food was too good and authentic.The manager Mr. Vibin was very helpful by all means.

We stayed at the chinnakanal joys resorts for 2D2N on 2024 Deepavali. Highly recommend this place. Balconies were filled with mist from 7pm and our family enjoyed that experience v much. We burst the soundless firecrackers in the bonfire area on Diwali night and it was so much fun.Kids play park was v nice. Cozy, v quiet , great breakfast with healthy options, good beds, v frdly and helping staffs..we had ordered an extra bed , and the food is tasty. Pl order the dinner in advance , they deliver to ur room at 7pm. There r small hotels nearby, walking distance for tiffens n snacks too.. We even thought of extending our stay if not for preplanned things back home. We were glad we selected this place. Periyacanal waterfalls is right around the corner. Suryanelli village was v near too, filled with resorts n shops.. but this place had that "gateway" feeling coz of quietness , unmatchable views and privacy.

Amazing resort, amazing view, amazing hospitality. Loved everything. The entire team took really good care of us. The food was good and fresh. Would definitely love to visit again.

The resort is situated in a good place.I visited with my family, the overall experiences was very bad. Rooms and linens areas not clean.No availability of hot water, no electricity throughout night from 9pm-8am, no power back-up/generators available.Breakfast was very bad. Resort manager was not responsible and not caring for any thing. Overall our experience was very bad. We will never recommend this place for stay in Munnar.
