The resort ambience was awesome.The staff is also very friendly,and excellent service, also the rooms are very nice. nature surrounding this place was awesome. Food was great and value for money. I hope you can enjoy your holidays and weekend.

Update: They contacted me today and told the fraud was done by the previous hotel manager who took my booking amount and fled. Thereafter they refunded me the money in one day. While surely there's opportunity to update a lot of things, but they are really good at heart and even though some employee defrauded the hotel, they made sure the customers are not impacted. Would prefer such businesses anyday. Good job Kallat British Resort. Original Post: ABSOLUTE FRAUD. They took an advance of 9000 and I had the option to cancel the booking in advance. Landslide came and I cancelled the booking. Thereafter, I asked them about refund. They told they're short of cash and they'll do the refund later. Now they're saying we do not remember and we wont refund. I have the official confirmation from them. Maybe I'll file a police complaint and go to consumer court for this.

I recently visited in this resort in Manjalamkolli, Wayanad, and it was a wonderful experience.The place has a calm,misty atmosphere and provides a stunning view of Chembra peak.The British - themed design is charming,and the infinity swimming pool is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view.The food was delicious.It was a peaceful and memorable visit,and I highly recommend this resort.

Rooms were neat and clean. Food was exceptional and best. Nothing like it. Best food ever. Remote Location is away from all the noise and pollution and vehicles. The pool was however small but with a great view. The manager, chef, staff were very helpful and polite.

Very poorly maintained. 2 BHK cost 12,500 per night and despite paying that much, the quality of room, indoor kids gaming facility area, pool, restaurant are very poorly maintained. We were provided with uncleaned rooms, torn beds, dirty bedspread, heaters not working, water leaking inside the unit, poorly maintained sofas. Waste of money, a trip wish to forget.. Except the mountain view, there is nothing good at all

Very bad experience Overall, my stay at Kallat Resort was a disappointment. The lack of attention to hygiene and facilities made for an uncomfortable and unenjoyable experience. I would not recommend this resort to anyone until they address these issues.

Amazing Location. Superb and tasty food and their fresh grapes 🍇 juice is awesome 💯 Overall staff is very polite and helpful. The location and swimming pool are really memorable.
