ORIGIN RESORT , Kalpetta Wayanad

This is the first time our full family has gathered together at a resort, and one of my cousin recommended this place. I must say, it is truly a calm and quiet spot. As a family, we have had a wonderful time here. Mr. Jerin, the manager, has been incredibly helpful, making us feel right at home with his warm hospitality and delicious home-cooked food. We also enjoyed the pool and the badminton court. We highly recommend this resort if you’re looking for a budget-friendly option in Wayanad.

need to improve their staff behavior.A budget friendly stay suitable for bachelors. This is not a resort. I just felt like a regular hotel with an average pool. They don't provide any food or other complimentary things. This is not suitable for families. The pool is an average one in terms of size and cleanliness. No other fun activities are available there. Rooms are average but were neat.

A good place overall to hangout with friends. The staff is super helpful. Amenities are maintained well. Food is good and homely. The location is close to a major city. Just that Ambient lighting needs some improvement across property.

We had a wonderful stay at Origin resort, Kalpeta. We thoroughly enjoyed the place.The environment and ambience was quite natural.The atmosphere helped us to relax.The greenery of the location was very beautiful.The container type room was so spacious.

One of the best budget resorts near the locality, The pool is awesome. The rooms and facilities are very nice. Lots of activities are there, a children's play area, badminton court, barbeque stand. A perfect stay for a group of people.

Our trip was with friends and we enjoyed the stay and the service provided. The caretaker Jerin is a very good guy and he understands your needs and acts accordingly. We felt the stay was worth of money; however, I am only giving 4 stars because we had difficulties getting the hot water and the fans were working out of control, if not it’s 5 out of 5. If you are looking for budget oriented neat stay with a swimming pool, accessibility near to the city and other tourist places, I bet you can opt for this stay.
