Spice Mount Heritage Resort

Resort stay was really good. There are so many tourist locations nearby the resort. Unfortunately we had only one night stay but it was really good as the location was very calm, good ambience and very peaceful. Kid's had a great time as they had a small tree house and live fishes infront of the resort which was really soothing to the eye. Staff support was really good and the owner also ensured we had great stay. Really nice place to stay.

Very nice ambience, family friendly and superb service. Everyone is very nice and makes you feel welcome especially Dawn. I would highly recommend. Very friendly management who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.||||Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in hotel ! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager. Stay at the resort was really good. Great customer service by the staff and owner. Booking was done on a short notice, even though they ensured safety and cleanliness. Ambience on the property is very refreshing, calm and quiet, very peaceful. Small area with tree house is a great attraction to the kids. Enjoyed the stay.

It's a good news that, they are started with veg. Separate. Don't know why it's quite a longer waiting period for getting the food. That's needed to be taken care otherwise nice experience and enjoyed the food from there.

Food is not good. Price is high compared to other hotels. Food is not worth the money. Not that many options available in the menu. Ample parking space is provided for customers. Food needs a great deal of improvement in quality and quantity. Customer service needs to be improved. Need to improve a lot!!!

I was totally disappointed for the food I had experienced here. Manthi rice was almost overcooked and had a bad taste too. We felt that they served something filthy. It needs a lot of improvement. You need to focus on preparing good dishes or either change your chef. Overall ambience and parking facilities was good but the food was not. Price was really high according to other restaurants and the quality of the food is very poor for the money we pay. It needs to be upgraded..👎 Thank you for your reply on this review. I thought you might have ignored it because it was almost negative. I appreciate you for that. But I didn't find any reply option for your response. That's why I'm posting this again. You said that you had a rush of customers on the day when I visited your restaurant. I didn't even mention the date or time I came there and how would you tell me that you had a lot of customers who experienced the same and I was the only one who left a negative comment? When I came there, I didn't see even one customer experiencing manthi and actually there was only 1-2 customers there in the restaurant. If you are willing to improve your food, it will help you with your business growth or else shop's standard will be diminished. There are restaurants in Kattappana serving good and tasty food. I didn't want to recommend manthi in your place to anyone. Anyway, best wishes.

Had a bad experience with family. Food was not good. Moreover, as an add-on, the owner/manager came to us offering ice creams (Note: Not enquiring, but bringing the box of ice creams and offering) and later added to the bill. When asked why this was not informed earlier, the owner/manager just rudely asked as of why we opted for it. Do not recommend this place.

The hosts were very responsive and proactive right since the booking until the end of the stay to make sure our stay was comfortable; for instance, they helped us connect with safari tour guides. The place was newly renovated and clean, with all the necessary facilities. Great place for family stay, would highly recommend it.
