Cherai Beach Residency

Great view,great location. It isn't crowded and the beaches aren't deep. We had lots of fun swimming in the beach and pool. We stayed at the Cherai beach 'regency'. Food was good. The only thing that needs improvement is in the training of staff in hospitality. Few were arrogant and weren't willing to help us. Showed annoyance and were disrespectful. We have notified the management about the same, they took it seriously and promised that they will implement the same. Apart from this issue everything else was almost perfect. The pool was well maintained and the property too. Traditional beach house with a touch of modern amenities.Keep it up. Will visit again and also recommend this place for someone looking for a short or long getaway!!

Very calming, peaceful stay and the way from the city hustles. Very nice swimming pool. Almost close to the beachside (20-30m). Well maintained rooms.

A great resort, very well maintained. The owners are on premise and personally interact with guest. We initially got rooms in the main building but then moved to the Villas as our moms and in-laws had mobility issues. Rooms are nice but the Villas are a lot better and more spacious. Swimming pools are kept clean and ready for use even during the monsoon. Food is okay but there are plenty of restaurants close by for variety. Location is great, right by the water, so you can wake up to an amazing view of the ocean. We enjoyed our stay there and the hospitality from the owners.

Extremely overpriced with absolutely no ambience. Even the manager admitted the prices were high, and frankly, it’s just not worth it. We paid for a buffet lunch, only to find out it wasn’t a buffet at all. Worse still, there wasn't even enough to serve for our group of eight people. Very disappointing experience overall

I recently stayed at the "Private Villa" and was very disappointed with the experience. We booked the villa for one day at a cost of 20k, expecting privacy and exclusivity. However, it was anything but private. In the morning, we were alarmed to see numerous people roaming around the property, including inside the villa. The morning breakfast, which we assumed was exclusive to villa guests, was open to everyone staying in the normal stay area two blocks away. This not only disrupted our peace but also raised serious concerns about the security of our belongings. The lack of privacy and security made our stay extremely uncomfortable. Given the high price, we expected a much better experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a private and secure stay.

The best beach view resort. Very Kind speech owner and staff, Comfortable rooms with wifi, kettle, TV, swimming pool and etc. Location wise roads dark in night but no problem securites and CCTV camera safety available in the resort and one thing cost wise expensive resort.

I absolutely adore the place. The property is beautiful, hosts are amazing and the view from the rooms is mesmerizing. 10/10 for the overall experience. Highly recommended to anyone who's looking for a nice beach getaway.
