I recently stayed here, and it was an exceptional experience! The hotel's modern design and impeccable cleanliness made for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.||The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to major attractions. Overall, I highly recommended anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable stay.

The property was very well maintained and the experience was extremely good. The hotel staff had offered us with a complimentary upgrade at the time of check in. It was a very pleasant surprise. Appreciate it! The RM, Mukesh, was very helpful. It was nice to have met him. Looking forward to visit the property again!

Club Mahindra Thekkady is conveniently located near the city, making it easy to access shops and restaurants. The check-in process was generally smooth, though we faced a minor issue with one of our room bookings. Initially, one of our rooms was not confirmed, but it became available shortly after, and we had to rebook it. This made the check-in experience less seamless than expected. The rooms were very spacious. We stayed in a Studio Apartment, which was well-furnished and designed with a house-like structure, offering a comfortable and private space. Although the apartment did not include amenities like ovens, the overall setup was quite special. The resort features a large and well-maintained swimming pool, which was a great highlight. However, it's worth noting that there is a party plot near the resort, and during our stay, there was a lot of noise from events held there. The resort itself is relatively small but includes useful amenities like a gift shop, spa, restaurant and a Happy Hub for additional convenience. I could not find gym.

Worst experience ever , so much water clogging in bathrooms and such small room for a family. They don't accomodate the stay as per the family comfort. They over promise and under deliver as always. They purposefully hide spacious rooms and try to convert the memberships with all fake promises. I will never recommend this company for any memberships

FRONT OFFICE Reception staff under Able and Precision Leadership of Mr. Sebatin philip is Awesome. Mr Philip is very Sensible and very Hospitable , Responsive person. I wish him and his team a very Successful Carear. Club Mahindra Thakkedy has a Serenic Beauty and Worth to Enjoy it.

It was a great pleasure with Thekkady club Mahindra stay. The hospitality was awesome. The reception was great and want to thank specifically Sebastian and Team. Enjoyed our stay here and will be our favourite destination. Looking forward for the next strip

Rooms are very old and wooden doors and interiors are already sensing the old wooden smell and which needs to be in renovation condition. It's better to renovate the rooms and TV , but the rooms are good and spacious. Restroom is nice and anytime you will be getting hot water due to the climate condition hot water is something necessary. Location is good and the property inside is beautiful with full of greenish and you will feel as you stay inside a forest or garden. Try to experience the gavi forest ride which will be very good and based on the luck you can see many wildlife animals. Try to check with some outside agents and also in property for the tariffs and based on it to avail the service. The elephant junction is must visit and you can have a joyful experience. Overall it's fantastic place and Thekkady climate is beautiful.
