During our recent trip to Cardamom County Xandari Resort, we had the pleasure of staying for four nights, and it was truly a restful experience that felt like a home away from home.|| we would like to express our gratitude to the receptionist staff. Their kindness and helpfulness made a significant impact on our stay; they treated us like family members, which added a personal touch to our visit.||We would also like to extend our thanks to the restaurant team. Their patience and excellent service were outstanding, making each dining experience enjoyable and memorable. The quality of food and the attentiveness of the staff were truly commendable.||Moreover, the room cleaning team and the pool maintenance crew deserve recognition as well. They ensured that our room was cleaned daily, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and comfort throughout our stay.||Initially, we planned to stay at Cardamom County for only two nights, but the peaceful atmosphere, serene environment, and overall good vibes encouraged us to extend our stay by an additional two nights. It was an ideal getaway that provided tranquility and relaxation.||Without hesitation, we highly recommend Cardamom County Xandari Resort for anyone looking for a tranquil retreat. This place is awsome, quiet and beautiful. You wake up in the morning with the singing of birds. The staff are the best, they attend to all your needs anytime. I will rate it a 6 star. The setting in the surrounding is like being in the jungle without the wild animals, however, there are lots of monkeys, and they are very entertaining.

Nestled in the heart of the scenic Western Ghats, our recent stay at a charming resort in Thekkady was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped by the warmth and hospitality of the staff and management, who went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was exceptional. One of the standout features of the resort was the incredible staff. Every member we encountered, from the housekeeping team to the restaurant staff, was friendly and eager to assist. It was evident that the management prioritized training and fostering a welcoming environment. Mr Varghese the Resort manager took time to chat with us regularly despite of his busy schedule and made some local recommendations and made us feel valued as guests. Location is the best and walking distance to many things around. The major attraction of the wildlife reserve and few other activities are also just next to the property. Our stay at the Thekkady resort was a remarkable experience and We left with wonderful memories and a desire to return. If you’re seeking a place where you can relax and be treated like family, look no further than this gem in Thekkady.

The best place to stay close to nature. Whole hotel is surrounded by trees and leafs. Rooms are specious and have antique feel inside. Washrooms and walk in closet is also big and premium. Restaurant is amazing. Food taste is next level. Every dish is like crafted for special occasion. Breakfast buffet is outstanding. Served local dishes. We spend whole sag here without going outside for sight seen. The hotel is experience in it self. It is as good as any 5 star hotel. Staff were very very helpful.

A place close to the nature, amidst bamboo & a lot of fragrant, flowery trees. Located near to the city & hygienically maintained. Restaurant, flavours of delicacies served there, selection of dishes for a buffet & presentation including hygiene has a scope for improvement.

Spacious, clean rooms in a tranquil setting. Good food, most spices grown in their own organic spice garden, which you can walk around. Watch the bats flying around at sunset. Swimming pool unheated, so can be cool at certain times of year. Five minute walk to the town centre

Located only about a five minute walk from where the Periyar buses depart. Clean, modern, with very good food options for dinner and breakfast (didn't get to try lunch). Staff is friendly and attentive. Our room (305) was nice, the bed was firm. Filtered bottled water is supplied for free and reduces plastic waste. Good property.
