Bad Hotel! Poor customer service! My guess is that most of the reviews here are fake. In my 2 week trip of Kerala this place was the worst. The level of service was appalling and the bed sheets and towels were dirty with stains. The breakfast plates were dirty. The power went off for half the night and the generator was so loud that I didn’t sleep. If you want a good sleep definitely don’t stay here. All the staff seemed very unmotivated. We left a dirty dinner plate out the front of our room and it didn’t get picked up by the staff for 3 days. The location is bad. It’s down narrow alley way in the back corner of the town. Even the local auto drivers didn’t know where it was. It honestly felt more like Delhi than Kerala. Yes it’s a relatively cheap hotel but don’t think you’re getting a good deal. Spend your money elsewhere.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was courteous and had everything in the room perfectly prepared, so I didn’t have to ask for a thing. Their attention to detail really stood out, especially when they thoughtfully checked in to see if I needed drinking water in the morning—a small but very appreciated gesture. The breakfast was good, and the front desk staff made the check-in process smooth and quick. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with hot water, which made the stay all the more comfortable. The green courtyard added a refreshing touch to the overall ambiance. The only downside was the approach road, which is a bit bumpy, but once you're inside the resort, it's absolutely worth it. I would definitely recommend staying here for the excellent service and relaxing environment!

Excellent food with staff!! I visited almost overall Kerela but the type of food and taste they are serving is phenomenal and outstanding. Hats off to the sheaf who prepared dinner on 1st December 2024. The property is at perfect location between the woods and super clean

Located a few minutes drive from the main centre. Nice cottages which are well maintained. The staff is courteous and provides good service. The food we tried was also good. Overall a good stay.

The place was nice but the food was average .maintenance is ok not upto the mark. It's near the bus stand and it's reachable .food was very average ,so better to eat outside .then room service is not available. Curtains are not proper ,phone is not available in case of emergency can't contact the hotel management team.room maintenance is also average

Its a wonderful place to holiday .Highly recomended. The staff was very approachable and always helpful. The view aroung is amazing and beautiful, very good rooms always clean . Wonderful people here and overall its a great place to visit.

Nice Hotel with Lovely atmosphere. The surroundings are natural. There are few things which I would like to mention. Pros. 1 Peaceful atmosphere 2 Rooms were nice, big, neat and clean 3 Food is nice 4 Surrounded with trees will give you natural vibe 5 Every Rooms has its separate outdoor seating 6 Indoor games are available 7 Can stay with family and with kids. Cons. 1 Location is 1km far from the main road so you have to pre inform if you are going with group or in Bus. As the bus cannot reach the hotel because of small road. 2 You have to walk towards to main road through residential area to visit main places while the autos are available with some fix rates. 3 We had to face Hot water issues in morning as there were some geyser problem but later they solved it after an hour 4 During our stay we come to know that there were only 4 rooms with AC. Except these things I would recommend this hotel to everyone because we liked the food the area and the rooms. So, overall we had a nice experience.
