I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is impeccably clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable right from the start. The Rainbow Room where I stayed was spacious and offered a great atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious with a variety of options, and each meal exceeded my expectations. The staff were professional, attentive, and friendly, always ensuring that my needs were met. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Polite and helpful staff, clean and modern rooms, in-house restaurant and the location right in the heart of Thekkady were some of the many pros of this resort. Though our stay was short but we thoroughly enjoyed here.

The hotel was not up to mark. Ambience was not up to mark, which is showing in photos. The towel and toiletries were dirty and used. Receptionist behaviour was so rude. We have included dinner from the hotel. In which they provided menu with fewer items, only 6-7 items were available and in which 2-3 items were unavailable, in menu they mentioned ice cream but they denied to give it to us. Totally worst experience guys, don't ever book rooms here.

Totally worst service ever. Toiletries was not clean. Towel was stained. We have requested for another one, other one given was also stained. Food was not upto mark. Staff behaviour was so rude. Our dinner was included in package which has only 6-7 veg items only and in them too 2-3 items were unavailable. Totally feeling scammed. Beware guys, book another hotel!!

Excellent Experience At Wild Saga! Has a nice location, spacious bedrooms and balconies! The breakfast was like a 3/5! Otherwise it's definitely a go go!

The room was luxurious at a pocket friendly price. I would love to stay again at Wild saga in my next trip. They served us local kerala breakfast and it was really good. A must try! 😄
