Hotel Treetop

This is a lovely hotel with friendly and very professional staff. The rooms are neat and clean, and the well-planned green surroundings enhance the experience. Amenities include a swimming pool, game room, gym, and a kids' park. There’s ample parking space available, and the hotel is very close to Thekkady, making it a convenient location. The breakfast is served buffet-style, and the restaurant offers a pleasant dining experience. Highly recommended!

Staff not good . Food not good.Calm environment. But as a family I think a major improvement needed in staff and food. Food as we stay in munnar rivulet was superb. Here I find not that taste. And secondary staff is students type . They are not professional. So just suggestion to have a professional hotel person to handle staff with politeness not with anger.

The staff has to be even more trained on how to actually receive the guests. If you are planning to enjoy thekkady with safari rides or boating, skip to stay in this hotel. Bcuz they force you to check out before 11 but the rides only end by 12:30-1:00 pm. That is one big disappointment.

I am staying in room 401 location of room is excellent, but when it comes to services then this property needs a lot to improve. If you are planning to come to this property for peace of mind then avoid as most of your time will go getting your issues resolved, you will struggle to get the basic things fixed. Most important lack of safety as people knock your door late night and disappear and there are no cameras installed.

Overall the resort is very good. The ambience is nice. Excellent food and service. Although there were only few items in the breakfast ,the quality of served was excellent Rooms are clean but can be improved. Services are satisfied. Staffs are friendly and cooperative. Overall worth for the money.

Nice room, average food, good location and near to tourist places. And there is small park for kids and swimming pool is available. Calm and quiet atmosphere. Great for family

Hotel located little far from bus station… But it’s really good atmosphere location… Reception and hotel staff are friendly and helping people… Food it’s Normal.. Don’t try Fish 65😳.. They are helping us to visit local tourist places… Anyway it’s good experience…

Awesome food and great room. Only thing they can improve is to use natural room freshners or air the rooms before checkin.
