We had extremely disappointing and horrific experience for 2 days at our stay of this resort dated 25 to 27 November. The resort is not properly maintained at all. The room I was staying in was having mold all over the walls and bathroom curtain as well which added very pungent smell in the atmosphere. And smell was so unbearable that we could not stay in the room for even 5 minutes. But some how we bear with it and stayed for one day. On the next day when we were having breakfast, the breakfast was extremely tasteless so which prompted us to have tea and bread only for the breakfast. So while eating the breakfast we eat few slices of the bread and and few of the slices were having fungus on that which we noticed and reported same to the management. But the response from management was very rude and they kept giving excuses for their unprofessional behaviour. We had a fight with management regarding the unhygienic conditions of the room and the fungus over the braid but the owner of restaurant was extremely rude and very unprofessional towards our concerns. And at the night time when it was raining outside at 9:00 p.m. he asked us to vacate the room. Me and my family were forced to look for the rooms elsewhere due to this pathetic management and their unhygienic kitchen conditions. We told owner that we will complaint against this to FDA but he told us that he will manage everything. So it is wise to stay away from this property if you are looking for pathetic room conditions, fungal breakfast and rude management you can book this room at your own the risk and ruin your vacation.

This is the worst hotel I have ever seen . I don't know how people gave 4 or 5 stars and overall rating may be due to paid reviews. Room : when we checked into the room it smells damp/wet smell from curtains and bedsheets . Bed sheets are not changed but kept as is which are used by someone . We could find nails on the bed . We called them and then they changed . Chairs provided in the room looks dirty and purchased some 30 years ago . Bathroom : hot water is from only during certain duration and we had to use cold water as we checkein in evening. In the morning also hot water came in 6am - 7 am but after which again cold water came . We gave complaint and then only they offered hot water . Comod is yellow colour which is clearly not hygiene but the manager says it's paint ... Wow who on earth will paint yellow colour inside comod . Does these people think customers are fools. There are spider web in bathroom. Food : We were worried about the hotel authenticity considering the above and started reading negative reviews and we found few people saying Fungus in Bread n bad smelling breakfast . We found breakfast is fine. When we checkin the hotel receptionist says great things about jungle View from balcony but never says anything about unclean room or hot water restrictions. The fact we can see buffalos only from balcony .

This is by far was the worst experience in my whole life I have travelled to so many places but the management, hotel rooms and breakfast you name it everything you expect to be best this was the worst of the worst you can get. The real vacation ruining experience we got here. The pungent smell in the room, mold all over the curtains and walls. Even the chair was so bad as owner bought it from chor Bazaar. On the next day when we were having breakfast the breakfast was completely tasteless so we have to rely on tea and bread only. There also we got bread with fungus when we reported this to management they kept giving excuses and rude responses. When we had argument with the owner regarding this condition he asked us to vacate the room at 8:00 PM in the night so I have to look for rooms that time with my family. Extremely disappointing experience in my life. We also got food poisoning because of this fungal bread. Please stay away from this resort

- Name is misleading: this is not a resort but rather a guest house - Wrong star rating: nowhere near a 3 star but rather a 0 star or maybe even less - Wi-Fi doesn't work. Had to come down to the lobby to be able to get Wi-Fi. Reception feedback is that the monkeys have damaged the cables or something but I saw similar feedback about Wi-Fi not working around 10 months ago. Which tends to indicate that management did not take corrective action to fix the Wi-Fi issue. - No toilet paper in the bathroom upon check-in (inacceptable) - We asked for 2 rolls, but were given only 1, that too after a long time and having to ask again - Toilet seat was broken - Hot water only available during certain timings in the morning and evening (around 18h until 22h) - Hot water not available in the wash basin for washing hands - Lighting fixtures in the room are horrible. There are simply 2 bulbs white colour, that also facing the bed, so it's very difficult to sleep when the lights are on. One lighting fixture in the closet did not work - The doors are not even equipped with hotel door locks with cards. Instead, they are operated with traditional keys! - When inside the rooms, you need to lock the door with a door latch. So, if you're sleeping in the room and your partner or family are out, they will need to wake you up so that you open the door latch from inside for them to be able to enter the room, irrespective if they have taken the door keys or not. This is also a serious safety concern whereby hotel room staff cannot enter the room quickly in case of an emergency if the doors are locked with the door latch from the inside - The bathroom door can only be locked with a latch from the inside. So, if someone faints while showering, there is no way to open the room door other than to break in the bathroom door. This is a serious safety concern. Should have been equipped with a door knob which can be quickly opened from the outside in case of emergencies - No hair dryer in the room - No shower cap - No dental kit provided - Only soap was provided - No hand towel was provided - Breakfast is only veg and very very basic stuffs available. Very poor. - The room is not soundproof. We could hear people talking and shouting in the hallway early morning. - There is a window with a curtain in the room facing the hallway. I've never seen this in any of the hotels I've stayed in. If the curtain is slightly moved, it will be a privacy concern for the guests. - There is a window in the bathroom (I've never seen this also in any of the hotels I've stayed in previously) - Only plus point is that the bed and pillows are comfortable for sleeping - There is a long list of house rules in the room to abide to. Remember that we are here for holidays and not for Gurukul (Mohabbatein) - There is no power point with tourist adaptors provided, which is sad considering mainly tourists book this place - Nowhere not worth the nightly price range - Overall impression is that the owner/management is super stingy and doesn't like to spend on improving the guest experience/maintenance of the hotel facilities

*ZERO STARS - AVOID THIS DUMP LIKE THE PLAGUE!* I just had the misfortune of staying at this filthy hotel, and I'm still fuming about the disgusting food they served me. The "breakfast" was a joke - a stale, moldy bread with VISIBLE FUNGUS GROWTH. Yes, you read that right - FUNGUS ON THE BREAD! The food they served me was a BIOHAZARD, a CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY. But what's even more appalling is the arrogant manager who seemed to take pride in serving such disgusting food. When I confronted him about the fungus-infested bread, he had the nerve to tell me that "it's just a little mold" and that "it's not a big deal." ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Do you know what's not a big deal? Serving food that's not poisonous. That's not too much to ask, is it? But apparently, this hotel thinks it's okay to serve fungus-infested bread to their guests. The manager's attitude was dismissive and condescending, and he seemed to think that I was just being "picky" about the food. Let me tell you, pal, I'm not being picky - I'm being sane. I don't want to eat fungus-infested bread, and I don't think anyone else should have to either. Manager Attitude/ Response: 1. Bribe us with 600 INR to close the matter. 2. Speak arrongantly and tried shutting our mouth. 3. If nothing works, ask us to vacate rooms during rain at night with our family due to their fault. 4. At last, use some abusive words in local language ( Confirm by our driver.) To the management: YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. Get your act together, or better yet, SHUT DOWN THIS DUMP BEFORE YOU POISON SOMEONE. To potential guests: STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. Trust me, you don't want to risk your health by eating their disgusting food. Take your business (and your appetite) elsewhere. *UPDATE:* I've attached photos of the fungus-infested bread. WARNING: Do not look at these images on a full stomach. You might vomit.
