The Elephant Court

We had a very nice and welcoming experience at this hotel. The food was great, with plenty of good options for vegetarians, which we really appreciated! The staff was always courteous and had a warm, friendly vibe, although there was a bit of a language barrier with some of the servers – nothing too difficult, though.||||The place itself has a relaxed and calming atmosphere. We loved the little extras during our stay, especially the traditional Kathakali performance, which was amazing to watch. The Ayurvedic massage was incredibly relaxing as well – a perfect way to unwind. ||||Overall, a lovely experience!

The journey from Munnar to Thekaddy is really enjoyable. However, if you are not fond of zigzag roads, it might not be so good.||Pointers about the hotel:||1. Staff is really awesome|2. Spa options are good|3. Nice ambience - traditional Kerala style architecture|4. There is a kids play room which is a really good option to engage kids|5. Swimming pool is good and a way to engage kids|6. Very close to Periyar

Our group had a wonderful time in the Elephant Court. The service and food were great, the houses inviting and I enjoyed e. g. the additional massage very much. A highlight for me was the artwork which I received from Alisha. She covered my hands with the most beautiful Henna-Mandelas I've ever seen. The ladies in my group were also very touched about her work. It was just a matter of time, that they could not have this experience. Above the qualified Artwork, I experienced Alisha as a very friendly person, who gave my staying in the elephant court a very special memory.

Overall, I had a great experience with the elephant court; the staff was accommodating, and specially thanks to deeya mam..and the amenities were great.This hotel felt like a natural home away from home. I was so impressed with the level of comfort and attention to detail. My stay was perfect.Staff, services and foods are very helpful for us.|Thank you.

A pleasant selection of villas amongst tall trees & surrounded by nature. Our room was sparse but comfortable with a well appointed bathroom. No minibar or snacks in-room & our room was located near the kitchen extract outlet, sometimes creating coking smells in our room. Breakfast presented a wide variety of well cooked foods and fruit & breads. Friendly staff are on hand to assist whilst naughty monkey's entertain with their raids on the restaurant.

We stayed here on Friday 20th Dec, a one night stay! The room is very spacious and the bathroom is spacious too! Very relax feeling in the resort! Staffs were professional! Overall very enjoyable experience! Thanks to Imperial Journey Pvt for organising our stay here!!

Wow amazing! Excellent service staff were amazing. Nothing is too much bother. Location is relaxing. Hotel was clean all mod cons available. Seeing monkeys in the morning was awesome the noises of nature all around are relaxing and peaceful. Would highly recommend. 10/10.

Warm welcome. Rooms are very clean. Food is also good. Swimming pool is also clean and well maintained. Greenery and silent atmosphere. Lovely place. Resort is very near to natural forest and periyar tiger reserve. Highly recommend. Overall experience is excellent. Love it.
