Munnar Majestic Resort

Thanks to Mr. Karthik for taking good care of us and making our stay so seamless and pleasant. Always on his toes and just a call away, he took care of every little request with great attention and warmth. On the day we left, he even packed breakfast for us and came to see us off so kindly—it truly meant a lot. The hospitality was truly commendable. And the view—absolutely stunning! No words can capture how beautiful it was. Grateful for such a memorable experience.

Room was nice and clean. Booked Cardomom crest type room. Could be better if we had wash basin in the room additionally to the bathroom. The location was very steep. Service was good. The food can be better. Ordered parotta with beef curry and chicken briyani

This stay cannot be recommended for someone who wants to relax and enjoy their holidays as it wasn't worth the money they charged!!! The breakfast service was not great. It served with a limited selection of menu options and no buffet. The dining area felt overcrowded and cramped, and the washrooms exhaust fan was not working. Additionally, the TV cable was not functioning. The location is situated on a steep mountain, which makes it difficult for elderly guests to access the rooms. The pool was also disappointing, as it lacked lukewarm water and was uncomfortably cold. The only positive aspects were the staff's behavior and the view from the rooms. The place could have maintained in a much better way!!!

The resort is excellent to enjoy with friends and as well as couple. You'll get a good room with wonderful views on season. The breakfast is limited which suits for light eaters. The service provided was really excellent, Manager Pradeep is really very flexible and provide you good amenities and also help and guide you for planning visit spots. Overall it was a good experience.

We directly booked the stay on spot. Good service. Staffs are very customer friendly. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The price is very affordable including the breakfast, the menu is very limited but sufficient for light eaters and kids. The Manager Mr. Pradeep was very flexible and fulfilled all our adhoc requirements. Overall good experience. Feel free to try this spot with your family if you are looking for an affordable quality stay.

Awesome stay and a pleasant view form here. Morning breakfast was complimentary and I rate their food 5/5 . Food was really good. Old people or people who have knee or leg issue may face trouble to route to their rooms. Swimming pool was clean and clear and we can use between 8 AM to 6 PM. Alcohol is allowed only inside the room. They arrange Trekking, booking to events and jeep safari's. Will visit once again.

I recently stayed here and it was an absolute paradise! The rooms were luxurious, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the amenities were top-notch. I highly recommend it for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway! 5/5 stars
