Pros: 1. Clean and spacious rooms 2. View😍 3. Service on request also good A must try one❤️ Cons: The only con that we faced was driving to this property. Riding a bike to this place is a little risky as the road (off road) will be very steep for the last 600metres. Better to go with a four wheeler. If you have confidence in your bike riding and balancing skills. Then you can go with a bike.

View - 5/5 Hospitality - 5/5 Accessibility - 2/5 Food - 3/5 It could have been better if they could serve both lunch and dinner on demand basis. As of now guests have to order from an outside hotel and get it delivered at the villa and they take delivery charge also. Approaching road to the villa is in very bad condition. My overall rating - 3/5

We stayed here for two nights and enjoyed it.. The views is a little crippled unlike hilltop view. Chembra peak is visible from here. Drive Way up from SH to Home looks challenging but is not once you make up your mind. Rooms are cozy for small family, bathroom is spacious and all amenities sufficient. Caretaker Jacob and his wife are kind to assist. What I loved most is the season June when it is cloudy and rainy, you are standing right through clouds that cut mountains. It’s the best experience. Many destinations nearby are accessible, ignore the uphill and downhill experience. Enjoy, I recommend..

I have no words to express my experience in this feedback. I am glad i booked my stay here. This place is built in the nature. We went with our pet dog and he enjoyed it for sure! Thanks to the care taker Jacob, he is the nicest person we ever met.

Ratings may vary depending on the season you travel. I went there in April and it was pretty dry and hot during the day and cool weather at night. There is nothing around the property where you can spend some time. It is just a stay and would be good if you come as a group of 6 as there is only 3 rooms available. I am sure I would give 5 star rating if I visit the place during winter!

Extremely private and beautifully located property - we booked all 3 rooms and hence had the place to ourselves. HUGE shoutout to Jacob Ettan who was extremely welcoming and pleasant 💯 Note - The road is quite rough towards the end and may be difficult for smaller cars.

Never safe or comfortable for family . saying because I had a bad memory from this property.when I booked 1 villa with my family the same day they allowed other two rooms to bachelors ,they drunk at night and dance , make noise in-front of the room . we stay that night with scary memories. I ask voye teams about this booking they even don’t know about it ( although they have a rule that if family books villa never allow bachelors). They don’t consider about safety or privacy If anything happens to my family who is responsible for this 😡 Team Voye homes , you should bothered about what’s going on your property . bad dirty room with used bedcovers and blankets. even a water bottle I couldn’t find there
