Rooms can be better- especially on the ventilation aspect. Windows should have mesh for ventilation. Service is good. Both the owner and the staff helped us with good food. Location if little off the main road. but view from property is really good. I recommend this stay in this area.

Very nice resort at budgeted rates. Excellent views from the room and nice ambience. Rooms( Premium):At the first floor with a balcony separated with half height walls. This will look like a common balcony although with a separate chair and table for each room. Rooms are small with a queen size bed but sufficient for 2 people or even with a small kid. The view from the balcony is " Mind-blowing". Toilets are clean , room has TV, AC etc.No kettle to make your own Tea. Not so sure of the availability of Geyser. Exterior: Decent with a parking space for max 4 cars ,but it is a bit tricky to park the car as there is less space and the landscape is inclined. There is swing available with a nice view and outdoor dining. The place looks extremely beautiful in the rainy season. Didn't see a space for a campfire 🔥 and no swimming pool ( hope you don't want to swim in a cold climate) Staff: Staff (Giri) is really helpful and well behaved. Restaurant: No active restaurant/kitchen. They say that the kitchen will be functional in seasons based on the demand. But they provided really nice tea on demand. They have tie ups with a nearby hotel (Rice bowl) who delivers food at the doorstep (delivery charges between 80 to100).

Away from main road one has to have independent vehicle to reach the location. The location is beautiful with good scenic view. However, the shortcomings are wifi availability inside room is poor, no food except tea/ coffee on demand. No kettle, no sandal. Average maintenance.

Hi there, I wanted to share my thoughts on our family Trip hotel accommodations. We are 15 persons in the same family staying in the property.Overall, the entire property were comfortable and met our needs and expectations.The beds were cozy, and the bathrooms were clean and well-equipped. The property was very budget friendly for our family members. The property owner was very good type and he guide us for all the places in vagamon and kuttikanam. However, there were a few areas where improvement could be made. During the night time due to the light vision some small insects come near to the rooms. But that is not trouble us. Some improvement only required. Overall worth every penny.

The only good thing here is the views from the verandah and the surroundings. Standing isolated almost 2 km away from the main highway, absence of even a coffee shop worth the name in the near vicinity is a big dampener. They have a tie-up with a restaurant at Kuttikkanam for delivering online orders within one hour. My experience was that the ordered items came packed without any marking on them to identify veg/non veg items. Further, they charge money even for the single use disposable plastic containers in which the dishes are packed !! The rooms are big enough but lack basic amenities like electric kettle, cloth hangers etc. Poor maintenance of the bathroom is telling. Overall, not a happy situation for the tourist.

The rooms are very dusty and unclean. The service was just okay. Also, the scenery is not good even when compared to nearby locations. The rates they charge are also high.

It was ensured that my every need was met, from arranging a guide and off-road vehicle to insightful recommendations on local attractions. One of the highlights of my stay was the peace and quiet that enveloped the property, creating the perfect environment for relaxation and rejuvenation. They have facilities to prepare food according to our requirements. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone seeking a retreat away from the daily noise and crowd and stay peacefully.
