The Wild Trails Resort Munnar

One word to describe the resort and services is " Fantastic". We stayed for 3 days with 2 kids. Totally overwhelmed with the warmth of the resort MD, Mr.Ajith and his staff. Never felt we were staying away from family. The rooms are spacious, super clean and comfortable with all amenities. The food was heavenly, limited choice for breakfast but of very good quality and taste. Lunch & dinner as per our order, again super tasty. The staff told that Mr.Ajith never compromises on quality of food and always sources top quality ingredients. The ever smiling (true smile from heart, not artificial ones) staff, leisurely ambience away from heart of Munnar is the highlight. The resort organises day trips to Munnar attractions and also Jungle safari which one must experience. We could not see any wild animals on our trip, but the safari itself was thrilling, through dense forests. The resort also empowers local community by producing natural soaps and other beauty products that good for skin and they also sell organic spices. We will book only Wild Trails resort in future, if we go to Munnar. Thank you Mr. Ajith and all the staff.

Awesome Place in the mountains near Munnar.|What a wonderful place! We, a small group from Switzerland, stayed at Wild Trails Munnar for five days. The accommodation and food are perfect and wonderful.|We can highly recommend a stay at Wild Trails Munnar as a family. Despite the somewhat remote location, the sights around Munnar are easy to reach. Exciting jeep safari tours are also arranged by them.|The place is tastefully done, from spacious rooms with balcony to super tasty food. There is a rain dance area for thrill seekers. There is a natural stream flowing within the property with seating area so that you can enjoy a cup of coffee in serenity. A small temple for people who seek moments of introspection.|There is something for everyone. Our kids enjoyed the pool.|The journey from the resort to Munnar is also scenic.|The staff is warm, smiling and always caring.|I had an amazing time filled with some peaceful, adventurous and happy moments at Wild Trails.|The Owner of the Wild trails offered the room upgradation for us and we enjoyed the stay. Thanks for the staff for providing good food and also they are very friendly. We got good Jeep safari arranged by staff and they were keep tracking every movement with Jeep driver for safe travel. Great staffs.|We are NRI and will plan for next year also during India trip.

"The Wild Trails Munnar" is a go to place to stay in Munnar due its diverse ambience, amazing food, very spacious rooms with all the amenities and on top of everything the hospitality of Mr Ajith and his team is best best experience u can get in a resort. We were a group of 4 families and we had many odd requirements with food, stay and different things but the team was always there and they always said yes we can arrange it for u. Also plz take the Jeep Safari planned and crafted personally by Mr Ajith himself and it was very mesmerising and thrilling. I cannot express in words that we had at The Wild trails.||Please stay and experience for yourself.

We stayed at wild trails ,munnar for 3nights as a family of 4 during november 2024. The resort is pretty new started in 2020, located 20km away from munnar main town and takes 1hour to reach the town. But there were some sightseeing, waterfalls, tiger cave within 6km of the resort . The host Mr.Ajith coordinated our stay and guided us from chennai to reach there and welcomed us with his staff. The staff were very courteous,quick to respond for all our needs during our stay. The resort is located in lush green forest and tea estate area,quiet location away from town, has excellent rooms with pool view,valley view. The rooms had good interiors and pretty spacious, but was little warm during nights. The best part i loved is a natural waterfall flowing within the resort and it is brilliantly designed to flow in such a way that you hear the waterfall sound always when you come out of the room. The inhouse restaurant's outdoor seating with beautiful views and pretty interiors were captivating. The food was really fresh, tasting more like homemade food but it could've been better if we had given more choices. We need to pre order our meals as they are not storing any food and preparing from scratch after the order is placed. The resort also had a small shop selling their handmade skincare products,spices and tea. We tried their moisturizer, their kukumadhi night oil and niacinamide day serums. They all smell so good and the results are amazing if used consistently. The interiors and exteriors of the resort is wild themed, giving the aesthetic feeling of being in a forest.. its a huge property with plenty of outdoor space.it seems there is a small stream within the property,but it was raining when we planned and couldn't go. One thing i wished if it had been there would have got the best experience is the Spa. The host said he has plans for it in the coming year .wishing you good luck. 👍. I would definitely recommend for family stay away from town to experience the calmness in the middle of nature.

Just came back from The Wild Trails Munnar Resort, and it was so good! The place is full of greenery and tea estates—really peaceful and perfect for relaxing. The Wild Jungle Safari was a lot of fun too—a cool way to see the nature around the resort. The staff were really friendly and made sure we were comfortable. The Wild creek inside the resort was the highlight - Bathing etc here and all enjoyed this place for its pristine and untouched beauty.. The rooms were comfy and super clean, and my kids had so much fun playing Foosball. The food was fresh and tasty, and we enjoyed every meal. Overall, a great place for a holiday,a perfect family resort and we would love to go again !! I would also recommend this place for family get together or for small office team building etc. Still cherishing the memories created at this lovely place..

We had a pleasant stay at Wild Trails.. Special thanks to Mr Ajith Kumar and all the staff for their exceptional service and friendly approach..cottages are neatly maintained and room service was prompt. Must visit, this resort is for those who love to spend their quality time with family... only cons is they should provide more choice in cuisines to visitors

Best place to relax with family and friends. Best location, very far from city and tourist spot. Come and stay here for good food, good ambience with private water falls, and meditation centre too. Loved the food and provided service by them. Rates are quite equal, compare to city hotels. Only things are leaches are more here( small worm which suck our blood without knowing and pain). It's available in all places in Munnar. So can't blame this resort particular for this thing. But other all are best here.
