Grace Munnar Resort

Location is good but there is nothing around it. Approach road was not good when I visited it in Nov 2023. It runs as a house business and needs huge professional lift up in front office services. There is no one available after midnight for any help. We expected to leave by 7 am but could not get anyone to complete checkout process. Calling phone did not help either. Parking space is limited but available. Please confirm with them before hand. Rooms are clean and big but their doors are made of glass and not airtight. Lot of bugs and wind come in the room even after door is closed.

Spacious,clean rooms. Very friendly and courteous staff. We landed up in a trouble due to our cab driver but the hotel staff intervened and helped us..they went an extra mile just to make sure tourists enjoy the trip. The breakfast was also tasty and served on time.

The rooms were big and the lightning was great, but some of the problems we faced were 1. Leeches - we found leeches in the bathroom which repeatedly came back after being removed by the staff 2. Food - even after being separately charged for food, all there was for breakfast was bread, idli and sambhar. No spread. 3. Service - we ordered cold milk, but it took almost 45mins to arrive, that too after repeated reminding. We wanted an extra bed but they gave a thin mattress with no cot. 4. Wifi - the wifi here was horrible. It refused to connect and even after informing reception, nothing changed. Even a simple message couldnt get through. 5. Night - the fan made constant noises and made it hard to sleep. 6. There was no hot water as the water heater didnt work. 7. Door was basically useless with half broken wood and latches which didnt work which is a huge safety concern. 8. Kettle also didnt work. 9. The fan had no regulator and hence it was either on at full speed or off which was terrible. Overall wouldnt recommend this place but it is close to nature for all nature lovers. It is in the middle of nowhere and we had to go through small bumpy lanes to get there. Many insects were found everywhere. Dont book a room here

"My only problem is that any normal person can go from one room balcony to another room balcony with ease because the only separation is a small 4feet iron barrier."Good Rooms, well maintained, view from the balcony is ok its a good hotel NOT A RESORTS.

This was one of the good homestay. The owner Md. Ashraf was good at service. You can get bike and car parking here. They helped me to wash my bike as well. Hospitality was too good. You can find restaurant on the roof top, where you can get food of your choice. Yes you have to pre order the food. You can get room service. All market are nearby. Do check pics of my stay

Decent stay, clean rooms and new and clean washroom. Food quality is good, but room service is below average. Rooms are not extra spacious, it's the right size for just two, even an extra bed would make it congested. A balcony is there but do not offer any view. Also, the location is bit distant from munnar

Really thanks to receptionist for his behavior. Pros. Rooms is neat and clean. Good parking facilities. Hot water 5ltr gyser is available. Provided complimentary break fast with limited option but Food was good. Cons Located little interiors from main road. Found difficult to reach hotel. No restaurant is available. Door and window was in glass it was not even tinted for deluxe room. Which i found little wired. Might be not good for couples to have privacy issue.

Clean & Nit Hotel. Manager is friendly in nature and helpful. outside of Munnar main station 8Km. Breakfast is very delicious. Door is full glass French door with curtain which is privacy concern. overall beds and washroom are nice. comes with 2 wooden chair & table.
