The greenery, and panoramic views of mountains e.g....are truly amazing. The rooms were clean and designed to harmonize with the natural surroundings. The hospitality and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcomed. The staff were friendly, and always eager to assist with any request.

Resort is somewhat a mixed experience. Location is amazing, views from the rooms, from the resort are exceptional. But they lack in basic amenities and services. They didn't change our towel on second day, we asked them to do so and they told us that it'll be delivered in 5 min but it came in 1hr. Rooms are clean and tidy but some amenities were not properly maintained. Otherwise a good stay under budget of 4000.

The hotel is very good with worthy views and scenery. The restaurant food is very tasty and their staff is very polite and friendly. We were traveling with 2 kids, and the restaurant's staff is very helpful in providing the needful stuff for us.

I recently visited this resort with my family, the rooms and view is good. But the bathroom smells worse, I don't think they didn't even clean that. The food was very bad, so many irrelevant spices. On the last day of munnar we are assigned with a driver who doesn't even know English as well as hindi. Before booking his cab we already told the hotel manager that, we had visited these places on our 2nd day, but still he took us to the same location. Around 3 he took us to the massage center and kathakali live show, but after reaching there we came to know the show was closed for the past 1 month. Also they didn't even recharge their TV, so we had to sit in the room doing nothing. Neither the service of the driver is good nor the hospitality of the resort. I advise you to not choose it, you will regret it.

Pros: Large spacious rooms and good views. Good morning buffet, but on few occasions only. Cons: Windows and door leak cold air. Water seeping from under the bed. Foul smelling bathroom. No room heater. Cant order food to room when raining. Away from most shops and restaurants. Takes many attempts to get attention from service personnel. The comforter also is never washed, just the covers. they smell sweaty and oily

Unfortunately, our recent stay was marred by some disappointing experiences. The room service was quite slow, requiring multiple calls to the reception for even basic requests. Additionally, a few staff members displayed an unprofessional attitude, which detracted from the overall experience. If you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay, you might want to consider other options.

Overall a very very poor stay !!!||I would not suggest to choose this place to enjoy with a family trip.||When we were not able to get the necessary facilities, we tried to ask the staff. But its staff behaved like a criminal.||There is a lot to say. But shorten the words. I can assure you of one thing that I have lived in many places in Munnar over the years. But this is the only place where I and my family had such a bad experience.

Rooms are over priced. Not worth for money. Dinner is also not good but very expensive.please add more non veg items instead of veg items. Break fast is complimentary and very good menu
