NillIf there is an option to give -1 rating I will surely prefer that Manager is giving excuse for cleanliness that in jungle and Web are common. They should know the what we all are talking about cleanliness inside the room not outside They don't even serve tea or coffee after 4pm..that's worse There is no electricity at that time nd also their generator are not working properly Need to improve quality of breakfast Only pros is the view from room Rest nothing Room don't have ac..we upgraded the room but Still lacks ac

NillI had stayed in Cocoon cabin hut. The view is amazing & The room is good, the Manager Govind & other staff are very nice but the towels & the blankets provided are of poor quality & No toilet roll🧻 in 🚾. The food we ordered for dinner was of low quality & the breakfast had no options. As per the accommodation policy, Self cooking is not allowed so the resort kitchen should be open 24*7. I felt the place is overrated. & the price we paid for the stay is not worth. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the view.

NillVery good place to unwind and enjoy the view of reservoir sitting in the balcony. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The road to the resort is very narrow from the main road, for about 1.5kms. The staffs are polite and courteous. Mr. Govinda, Manager is very helpful and responds quickly to the requests. Good to stay with family and friends. They serve breakfasts and dinner at 8:30 am/pm. As the place is atheist 1 hour drive away from all the attractions, this leads to delay. Better to avoid breakfast at resort if you are planning to cover more attractions. Overall it is good and worth trying.

NillI had a good experience here, staff was really good, they take the effort to make your stay comfortable, and oh my, the food was really awesome, the variety and the homely taste, it is worth trying. The rooms were clean and had a retro vibe. The owner is always available for any assistance, and is super cooperative. ,completely safe. And, network can be issue sometimes, but WiFi available

NillAbsolutely loved our stay here. The cottage room is beautiful. The food is delicious and very large portion sizes. The caretaker and cook are very friendly and helpful. The property is stunning and you can spend all your time walking around the property

Nillwe saw the place and it looked so beautiful that we did not even consider other options and we regret we didnt. the property is no doubt beautiful but there are so many things wrong with it. 1. it’s far from munnar and its extremely hot here 2. the rooms dont have an air conditioner and the afternoons are unbearable 3. the place looks like it hasnt been cleaned in forever, there are cobwebs everywhere and as soon as you enter there is an unbearable stench 4. the outdoor shower is separated from the bathroom with a curtain, which makes the washroom home for all sorts of bugs and insects at night 5. the water pressure, the geyser, everything doesnt work in the washroom 6. the food is extremely mediocre and is not included in your stay after paying so much. 7. there is clearly room for more than 2 people but they dont allow more than 2 guests. it was overall a very pathetic experience and we deeply regret not exploring our options before falling for the pictures of the place and paying this exorbitant amount!

NillA great place to spend a weekend with family.Their A frame cabin is a unique experience with a breathtaking view .the manager on property mr govind and his assistant mr danish where realy helpful and available anytine. but the room cleanliness overall was not upto the mark.the bedsheets and blankets dint look clean. the room had a damp smell.evening snacks wernt available .As there are no nearby shops it was dificult esp for children.the breakfast could hav been better as they served only idly and sambar. And the idly was sticky and cold.as the package was inclusive of breakfast we expected a better platter..atleast to include bread butter jam and an egg preparation as it's palatable for kids too.

NillPros 1 Food is good 2 garden is filled with various spice plants and location is okay Cons 1 We’ve booked the A frame hut and it looks very dull and shady (not very clean and filled with insects as they’ve left the doors open) not attractive whereas A frame luxury cottage is better but pricy as well. 2 The staff can be little more welcoming. Totally it is okayish stay, you can find good stays in surroundings of Munnar than this with fantastic views.
