I had a great experience at great escape. The staff was friendly and attentive, making check-in a breeze. My room was clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping service was excellent. The concierge was helpful with recommendations and reservations. There was a minor issue with room service, but the staff quickly resolved it. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its outstanding service.

It's a very good place to stay. Rooms are away from the reception, so they have a jeep pickup and drop and they reach to pick up or drop within 2 mins of us calling them. Restaurant is there and they also serve food in the room. The view is great, rooms have balconies with table and chairs, and weather is awesome in December.

The service was too good. All my requirements was carefully taken care off and was executed perfectly. I wanted to give a surprise candle light dinner to my husband it was too good that it surprised both of us.

Mind blowing experience. First of all, the location was awesome. Their staffs were so well mannered and kind. Rooms and services were damn good. Every meal there was very delicious but a bit expensive. The place was well maintained. It was a pleasure spending time there. I would definitely refer this place to whomever I can. Wish to visit again

We stayed at this resort for two days. The location and views are absolutely amazing—perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. However, the customer service was disappointing. The staff's interaction with tourists needs improvement, which took away from the overall experience. If the service matched the beauty of the resort, it would have been ideal.
