Elysium Gardens Hill Resorts

We visited here in November2024. The location of this hotel is just perfect. The rooms and service were good. I'm overall happy with my stay. The hotel staff especially the waiters were very polite. Just an issue we faced was during dinner time, we ordered well in advance and it was still a bit late. That's fine. I will give 5/5 for the hotel

I stay 2 two nights and it was amazing experience. I booked executive room. And room was too spacious. I booked breakfast and dinner in hotel. I also recommend to book breakfast and dinner in hotel. It is little bit costly but worth it for money. Room Specious - 5 out of 5. Food I truly recommend for vegetarian and gujarati people. They have lots of varieties in veg food and taste was amazing. Ambiance 5 out of 5. Service - 5 out of 5.

Honestly the worst one we've visited till now. The service was pretty okay, the staff was good. But the room was horrible. It was not at all like in the photos, the washroom was not upto the point and too overpriced. I understand that it's in the centre but after our stay here, I don't think the price was worth it. The food here was reallyyyy overprices and tasted bad.

The location was good.. Right on the main road and had a valley view and view of botanical garden. However the room was not to the mark. Initially we opted for Garden view cottage without complementary meal for +6000 which was a mistake. Though the cottage was average size, it had broken electrical, patched ceilings and musky smell.. The sofa cover at the entrance wasn't clean. The whole room gave a bad vibe, so we asked for a change in room. The staff incharge informed us that there would be no refund of difference amount for room change to which we had to reluctantly agree. Only available rooms were on the first floor and had no view coz the building structure blocked the view. The rooms were medium sized. Breakfast wasn't that good. Overall experience wasn't good..

Everything about this place was awesome, excellent, lovely, warm, great and superb. I would like to stay there once again on my next trip to Munnar. Thank you to each one of you who catered to us and made our stay a memorable one. 🌟👍🏻🙏🙏🙏

We recently visited this resort it was pathetic the food, service and rooms. The rooms were not clean they were untidy and dirty. The food was decent and the service was poor as they could send 1 towel in 2 hours after calling 2 to 3 times. Just the thing that the staff was kind and quiet cooperative. The view and ambience are average. Overall this resort is not worth it for a vacation as it's below average. We found that the tariff was not appropriate according to the infrastructure, service and food. Bathrooms need maintenance as they were dirty and had broken tiles. They also provide with complimentary dog barking throughout the night. Therefore personally we would not recommend this resort.

Nice trip with a good experience,|staying in the House Tree in the forest.The way to the housetree was surroundded with tea plantations.We visited some places like spicy garden.|We watch a dancing show.Wecstayed in a resort Rivulet situated near the river.
