Terrible Experience at Hotel Greenland Resort – BEWARE OF THE OWNER Stayed here recently and was thoroughly disappointed. Amenities: Very average. Bathroom: Below average, poorly maintained leaky taps. Cleanliness: Just about okay. Customer Service: Extremely poor. Location: Good, situated in the scenic Athirapilly forest area. However, what ruined the entire experience was the behavior of the owner. He was intoxicated, abusive, and completely unprofessional. We simply asked for an amenity that was promised to us during booking, but instead of addressing the issue, we were forcibly asked to leave the property at midnight, during heavy rain, in the middle of a forest known for wildlife sightings. It was unsafe, unethical, and completely unacceptable. We had noticed negative reviews about this place and still took the risk — a mistake we won’t repeat. Without on the premises, this might have been a tolerable stay. Would rate it 4/10 overall. If you’re considering staying here, think twice — dealing with a wild boar in Athirapilly might be easier than dealing with this owner

My recent stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare and I feel compelled to warn others, especially families and couples. The owner, Deepak, was visibly drunk and exhibited abusive behavior and language throughout our interaction. We were denied an assured amenity that was promised upon booking. When we raised this issue, instead of resolving it, we were forced to leave the hotel in the middle of the night. This was not only incredibly inconvenient but also left us feeling unsafe and vulnerable. The owner's intoxicated state and aggressive demeanor made the environment completely unsuitable. This hotel lacks basic hospitality and safety standards. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere for a better and safer experience.

Nice rooms and stay. But no wifi unfortunately due to network connection collapse here. Also owner will get rude at times with the statement "If you not okay take refund and leave" often. Which is not how you treat the customers.

**Greenland Resort – Great Stay Near Athirappilly Waterfalls!** We stayed at Greenland Resort for a night, and it was a great experience overall. The pricing is very reasonable, and the modern facilities, including a decent-sized pool, make it ideal for families and bachelors looking for an affordable stay. The bedrooms are spacious, with attached toilets, and the staff were very accommodating. Our room had two queen-sized beds, providing plenty of space for kids. However, one issue that needed attention was a broken toilet seat in our room, which made the toilet unusable. It was disappointing that we were assigned a room with a non-functional toilet. Hopefully, the management ensures better room inspections in the future. Aside from that, it’s a great place, close to Athirappilly Waterfalls, and I’d rate it **4/5**!

Here, Location of the resort has a very beautiful view and rooms are neat and clean. Maintanence is also good.
