Great customer service. The rooms are very clean and well designed. We stayed in a pool cottage and it was wonderful. The common pool is also very big and has great view. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend 💯 Best resort in Wayanad!! Very quiet and seclude. Breakfast can be improved. Other than that out lot stay was pleasant.
