Kashmir Mist Resort , sulthan bathery

The room was very good and Resort is within city so it's easy for shopping. The food served at the resort was excellent (authentic kerela food and homely food). Pls note that food in outside restaurants are not good so don't miss to have food in the resort. If you are lucky you can also see deer inside the resort. Mr. Sajith (resort owner) is very professional and great hospitality. Mr. Sajith also took us for a jungle safari for about 2 hrs. Overall we had great experience in resort and had a very homely feeling due hospitality and care given by resort. I will definitely recommend you to try this resort if you visit wayanad.I never felt I was away from home, mr. SAJITH treated me like a family member. Pls don't miss kerela special puttu. My kids enjoyed the resort very much 😀.

Not upto mark. Hot water was not functioning, basic things like brush and tissues are not there in bathroom, bed is very small and was not clean. bath tub is not functioning. We wanted to stay for 2 days to experience authentic home cooked kerala food, but food was not great either. Breakfast being complimentary, we were served minimal dishes. For the amount we paid it was not worth it at all. When we decided to leave the owner asked for extra money as he was stating he is at loss as we first agreed to stay for 2 days. Didn't understand this as he only has 2 accommodation in his property and we were the only guests since last night. I would never recommend this place.I've given 2 stars only because of the owner being helpful in arranging bikes for the 1st day for commute. Dinner was bad; we were served rice with no curry, and I had to eat it with curd. When I asked about curry, he said he could bring us stew. It looks like he just reheated the stew from breakfast we had morning.||||For the amount I paid I could have stayed at much better properties with good amenities. I regret my stay here.

Home away from home!!! My family and I stayed here for 4 nights and were lucky to experience the superlative hospitality here. We never felt we were away from home, they treated us like family. We could order any kind of food as we pleased. The food was delicious, home cooked and heavenly. Freshly cooked food, made at owner's home was yummy to say the least. The resort is at a quite valley full of trees and greenery very near to Sulthan Bathery town. Deers, monkeys, wild goats and large wild squirrels often visit the resort itself. I could watch them sitting on the balcony of the resort villa itself!!! The owner Sajith is a fantastic person, was always there to help and provide whatever was needed. Last but not the least, the care taker Sasi who provided us with whatever was needed. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Visited this place with my family in the month of October. Glad to be at this place. Hospitality was superb and food is top notch. This was the best home food I have tasted in Kelara. I would surely recommend all kind of people with friends, cousins, family, couples. We stayed in couple suite which was so good in terms of interior, bathroom and balcony. ||We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. we had campfire and DJ both the nights which was awesome. Staff was so caring and took care of us all the time and fulfilled all our needs.||Morning weather was chill and cloudy when we visited. View from the balcony was quite amazing and we happen to see couple of deer near to our place. ||Overall it was amazing experience and money worth spending with all type of groups.||I would surely recommend people who are planning to visit this place for homely experience.

I have come to this place with my friends and stayed for 2 nights. It was a wonderful experience, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The view from balcony had a great view of forest and you feel very peaceful. The staff were very polite and helpful all the time nd hoping to come visit again this beautiful place.

It's a highly accessible property from the market place Just 100 metres away. The property has awesome scenery adjacent to the forest and gives true waynad's forest experience I could capture some of it's beautiful scenes in camera however it's not a real view. Advantage at this property you get homely authentic Kerala cuisine especially puttu, vegetable stew, sambhar, idli, fish curry and appam. Must try Kashmir mist in Sultan bathery in waynad, Kerala. Tariffs and food charges are quite reasonable when compared to beautiful views around it's well justified. Cottage is average and has a lot of scope of improvement.

The resort is situated in the prime location which means easy access to a lot of things and places. The room is cozy with great views, ideal for backpackers and couples. Home cooked food was delicious and the property owner Mr. Sajith is a warm hearted person.

we spent two days in wayanad and stayed in this beautiful resort. Mr Sajith arranged the trip with a good travel itinerary and great food. I can still fell the taste of the appam and puttu which we had in kashmir mist. We took a cottage and the view from tier was amazing, we saw deer, monkeys and different types of birds from our cottage. Over all the experience was great and enjoyed the stay a lot.
