The service is not good. The resort used to be known for its calm vibe and nice rooms. They make you pay for everything, even water. There's only one person around, not always there. The BBQ is really bad. But the room is good and clean. They really have to improve their service. It's the worst part of the experience. He arranged a zeep ride which used to show us 7 places but he shows only 3 places and says that due to time we cannot do. Don't get the zeep ride from the resort.

Poor service. Everything is charged. Even the basic necessites like water. BBQ prepared in a worst possible way for which they charged even for the Petrol that's used for buying the chicken. Only good thing is the room. Need to improve a lot on service. Worst customer experience in terms of the service offered.

One of the best resorts i have seen. people like me who came to enjoy the cool climate will fall for their hospitality. they have a very gentle and effective team who are ready to support you so that you will find a second home there. The roads are also very good so you wont get tired . The feeling of 12 degree will already mesmerize you. But their hospitality will astonish you . Now we can say proudly WELCOME TO GODS OWN COUNTRY.

Visited here a few weeks ago. Very friend ly and cordial staff. Wanted to come again with friends and family. Good view of hills from the resort. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available if informed in advance. Getting a way to visit Vagamon again if time allows.
