Pros: • The surroundings are breathtaking, with views of the hills and well-maintained plantation areas. • Comfortable accommodations with a spacious veranda for enjoying the cool breeze. • The service was excellent—staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Cons: • Unfortunately, the hot water supply was inconsistent. The solar water heater did not work during my stay, which was a drawback. Reliable 24-hour hot water availability would greatly enhance the experience. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to relax and unwind. The exceptional service stands out, but addressing the water heater issue would make it a perfect stay!

I had stayed in Lavender Vagamon with my family for a couple of days. The hospitality and overall experience was exceptional. We had a fabulous time and made some fantastic memories. The food was really good and we were well taken care of. I would recommend this place to anyone making plans to visit Vagamon. Thank you Team Lavender for making our stay unforgettable. Me and my Family recently had the pleasure of staying at the Lavender Vagamon, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. It’s clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. Everything was great at this resort.. amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and recommend it for families, friends and every type of traveller. 🥰

The best part of this place is the location. Have a great view of the mountain with tea garden. The rooms are ok and it can be better with some modern amenities. The service is fine from the staff. However as they don't have an in-house restaurants the food needs to be ordered way in advance.

To start the pictures that they sent were far far different from the actual experiences, basic amenities such as hand wash, tissues and basic cutlery were not available. There were critters inside the bedroom, the campfire and bbq which they include in the package was not worth the money, as the grills and stand were rusted. I would personally suggest anyone who even considers this place, to try a different stay.
