Valley View Resorts

The resort's location is truly exceptional. Ample parking space is a definite plus. Our room and bathroom were generously sized, and the balcony offered a lovely spot to relax. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. One area for improvement is the housekeeping; while generally clean, the room and bathroom could benefit from more thorough cleaning, particularly under the bed, which seemed overlooked. Despite this, our overall stay was outstanding, and we highly recommend this resort for a peaceful retreat. We're confident that the management will address the housekeeping issues, making this resort truly exceptional.

Room was very very dirty used bedspread,bed sheets was,there,after asking to change ,very old smelling bed sheets given,very unpleasant stay.

We group of 45 people stayed on 20.05.2024.No hot water in my room 302. Staff in the reception was not helpful. The response was very poor.staff behaviour is arrogant. I don't recommend this resort. Utter waste of money.

Rooms are spacious and there is a good view from the balcony. There is a better view from the terrace and pictures taken are uploaded. Bathrooms were maintained and the room had two chairs and a table. They provided a jug of water and the glass wasn't clean. The next door was annoying since they were playing loud music in the middle of the night. The hotel management should make appropriate guidelines to avoid disturbance to the others who come to stay without problems. The garbage bin placed outside the rooms wasn't clean and had a foul smell. To reach the location is quite easy from the road, however, the road coming to the interior is not properly built, so drive carefully. The resort has a parking space for guests. They don't provide breakfast/ lunch/ dinner. All food is available closely from this resort. They have a new property nearby which is newly built I assume. It's a good option to try out but too pricey. There is a TV with channels for entertainment when in the room. Cheers

The rooms were extremely neat and hygienic. Good service by the staff specially by Mr Kalesh. Ample amount of car parking available. Since there was some renovation going on at the restaurant it was closed. But we have plenty of good restaurants in just 5min walking. The view was good but it's getting blocked by a newly constructed building .

A well maintained place! The rooms were neat and fairly spacious, the bathrooms were clean as well ! The view from the balcony was beautiful ... The staffs were friendly and attentive ... It would have been convenient if the resort runs a restaurant, cafeteria or atleast a store though , cause you need to walk for a while through poorly lit streets to get to a restaurant or store from this place ! The resort has parking space for four and two wheelers in front of the building .
