I had the pleasure of visiting The Grasmere Vagamon during Diwali, and it was an unforgettable experience. The location is breathtaking, nestled in the heart of the mountains and surrounded by lush tea plantations. The view from the backside of the cottages is truly mesmerizing – peaceful, scenic, and soul-soothing. The property offers a perfect escape for nature lovers. The restaurant staff deserves special mention for their politeness, adorable demeanor, and impeccable discipline. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch to our stay. Every moment here felt magical, and the serene ambiance made it a perfect getaway. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a tranquil and rejuvenating experience amidst nature. 🌿✨

A wonderful place. It was calm and pleasant. Rooms were good and we could enjoy the view from the balcony. The cherry on the cake was the pool. I could see the whole hill station from it. Getting there was difficult. No proper sign boards or route map. The approach road about a km was horrible with rocks, boulders and slush.

The rooms and services at The Grasmere Resorts were excellent – clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff provided great service, making our stay pleasant and relaxing. The swimming pool view was another highlight, offering a serene and picturesque spot to unwind. However, one downside is the location. The resort is about a 30-minute drive from Vagamon, which might not be ideal for those planning to explore the area extensively. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy a peaceful stay and focus on in-room comfort and amenities, The Grasmere Resorts is a great choice. Just keep the distance to Vagamon in mind while planning your trip.

Rooms and views are good. Accessibility is poor. Breakfast spread is poor which is not acceptable for such resort. No food availability in nearby area. The property is situated in a remote locality

Do not expect a great stay by looking at photos posted by Resort itself..Offers a Normal stay ,nothing so special.. Property is so small ,,you dont get any space to walk around and enjoy .. Swimming pool is a plus point, if not crowded, you can enjoy with family. Breakfast options were good and tasty..Dinners was average and very few menu items even they have provided a menu table in rooms most items are not available. Overall value for 3k.

A Disappointing Experience I recently stayed at the Grasmere Resort, and while the scenic beauty of the hotel is commendable, everything else about this place falls far below acceptable standards. Firstly, the location is extremely remote, with poor road connectivity making it a hassle to reach the resort. It’s far away from town, which might appeal to some, but if you expect any level of convenience, this is not the place for you. The restaurant staff was shockingly unprofessional, and the food service was abysmal. Despite having an à la carte menu, many items listed were not available. To top it all off, the breakfast experience was a disaster. We were told that boiled eggs were not available, yet omelets were—only after escalating the issue to the hotel manager did they miraculously manage to provide boiled eggs. I would not recommend this resort to anyone looking for a pleasant stay. The scenic views are simply not worth the inconvenience, poor service, and unprofessional behavior. Stay away if you value your time and money.

Good location away from city. Rooms were good, breakfast menu was limited but the taste was decent and room service was good. Pool and the view from pool was good. If I had to nitpick bathroom size was on the smaller side and not comfortable to bath.

Awesome location. View from this resort is still evergreen..The room was in the middle of a tea estate with a beautiful balcony. The climate was really good and the staff were very friendly...It's the best place to stay for families as well as for the honeymoon couples..
