The rooms are good. The services / facilities are good, but in terms of food, we need to order the kitchen a few hours in advance. The location is very good.

We visited Vagamon Springs, the sister concern of Vagamon heritage resort. Out of 3 days visit we experienced a well mannered and professional treat by Staff Mr. Anwar, He was a truelly caring person and very hardworking. The rooms are luxurious with affordable rate. Food provided upon our demand was also very tasty and minimum price. The view from balcony was very impressive and lovely. Thanks to all staffs and management of Vagamon Springs for this memorable lovely treat.

The worst experience I had in my Life!! I had booked this property for 21 Sept 2024 a fortnight back and checked in on the same day along with my 32 other family Members. Occupied all the 9 rooms available there. Our Mini Bus couldn't reach to this property as the road is not proper. We had to walk all over (around 500/600 mts) along with our old aged family members!! There were no arrangements from this property and it was least bothered. Even our Bus Driver had given a VERY NEGATIVE review about this property. He didn't get his food or a space for his morning routine!! There is no service person at the property to attend the guests!! Only some workers in the Kitchen and if we try to order to them (as no Manager/Caretaker are seen there), they have to get the ORDER from the MANAGER!! Food was utter flop!! The food is served in the plates which we can't even imagine!! see the pics given! There is NO Service at all!! Eg: When we asked for a SOAP, not available. We had to use half of the soap which is kept in another room. There were NO tissue papers in the rooms or dining area. The seat cover of the closet was broken and when we asked to correct it, they said it was the last customer who did that. Just like they are NOT AT ALL RESPONSIBLE. This was the ATTITUDE. All the washed clothes of the kitchen staff were drying at the Dining area. The workers in the Kitchen smoke (Cigarette/Beedi) while cooking.

*4.75/5 stars* "Amazing stay with breathtaking views of the tea gardens! The room was clean, spacious, and had a pleasant atmosphere. The food was incredible, especially the local parotta beef curry prepared by their in-house kitchen team. The hotel team went above and beyond to get us whatever we needed without extra charges, even traveling 16km for adult beverages. Note that network coverage was a challenge for Airtel users, but the hotel's WiFi (though slow) and other networks like Jio and BSNL worked well. The hotel's private trekking arrangement with a separate jeep vehicle was a nice touch, though we couldn't avail it due to time constraints. Overall, a fantastic experience that allowed us to disconnect from our devices and spend quality time with loved ones. Highly recommended for a family or friends' getaway!"

Not even worth for one star. Staff's are irrespective and irresponsible. Bad food,bad plates. Dirty rooms

The staffs gave misinformation while we booked the rooms. They ask money for even water. Very limited facilities they provide. The worst part is they don't give room in the front area for bachelors and say that those rooms are only for couples as per their policy. As this resort is located far away from the main town, we need to travel 10 km for accessing food or snacks.

I had recently stayed in vagamon heritage nestled in the heart of a tea garden with my family . The highlight was definitely the breathtaking views and excellent hospitality. The location and the warm welcome made our stay unforgettable . Highly recommended for a peaceful retreat with loved once 🌱🏡
