Stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised. Spacious, clean rooms with good bathrooms. The food was excellent, and the staff were courteous. Ample parking and a good balcony with a view. While one side offered a great view, the other was average. The lift was out of order, but with only two floors, it wasn't a major issue. The indoor playroom and outdoor play area were a nice touch for families.

Peaceful place with good access to all major attractions. Pretty new rooms, kept clean with lovely views of mountains and tea plantations. The staff is very helpful and makes your stay a pleasant one. Amble parking space. They have a spacious restaurant with decent dishes. Restaurant service can be improved a bit. Highly recommended for families and couples.

The experience was very very good. It’s a must stay in Vagamon. Went into the resort with a lot of expectation and came out even happier. Their rooms are good. Spacious and clean. Their service is prompt. Fast and friendly. Thing to note is that only the Mountain View room has the view. Deluxe room on the ground has a screen covering the parking lot to which it faces which can improve a lot if they take it off. The deluxe room on the first floor also only has a view of the parking. Improvement area: 1. During the check in time. Staff can explain how the enimities work and the time for breakfast and any additional points specific to their property. 2. Breakfast could have been better. Don’t get me wrong they have a lot of things to try. But some of the things in menu could have been better. 3 Lacking a pool for all the other things they offer. Even without the pool. I can see this facility becoming the top in Vagamon and expect them to gain some stars.

The location was good as it is in the vagamon town itself.The room was spacious and with all the latest amenities. But when we entered the room, a bad smell from the bathroom came and we asked them to place a room freshener. One guy came and sprayed a perfume to alleviate the smell. But after that the bad smell again started. The complementary breakfast was really pathetic. Very few options. Totally bad experience. Expected much better..

We stayed for 2 days. First to mention Chef Aby did a great job. We are pure vegetarians and we did not have much options in the restaurant menu or the room service. But we gave a special request and Mr Aby did a great job. Made customised vegetarians dishes as per we wanted! We had a problem on the 1st day alone. My husband spoke to the chef and got things done. But the guy in the reception and the restaurant billing area did not help us much he kept saying whatever is available in the menu is only thing they could make. But the next day Mr Aby helped us a lot. The rooms were not that great, the floors were misty/wet most of the time. The phones in the rooms weren't working we had to keep walking to the reception to get things done. Bed was great!

The resort and room were neat and clean, but the service did not meet expectations and felt unprofessional. Additionally, the food and restaurant services could be improved. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend it for families

I booked this hotel for our vagamon trip in March. It was rated 4 star in agoda. Hence I booked it. Road to the hotel was just horrible. It felt like some off road trip. No proper street lights. And once we reached the property we were alloted room in 1st floor and there was no working lift. In the room, there was no AC. We booked for garden view room and the balcony was filled with pigeon or some bird poop. No cleanliness at all with regard to balcony. The kettle which was provided to us was really bad, felt like it wasn't cleaned in months.

The rooms were decent and their service was ok as well, the hotel is pretty new so lacks the complete facilities but overall a decent stay, the restaurant and food were average, dessert options were not available which was a big bummer, also the last order needs to be placed by 08:45. You can choose to stay here if planning a short stay for a night currently, hopefully they will have better services soon
