Though compact in size, it was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, featuring a cozy queen-size bed. The room was perfect for a short stay, offering all the basic amenities with a sense of comfort and attention to detail.||For our second day, we upgraded to the Classic Room, and the change was delightful. This room was spacious, airy, and beautifully laid out, giving us ample room to relax and unwind. The interiors were tastefully done, and the room offered a luxurious sense of space that truly enhanced our stay.||Food & Dining|The complimentary breakfast each morning was simply delicious – a mix of local and continental options, freshly prepared and generously served. For lunch and dinner, we opted for the à la carte menu, and we were thoroughly impressed. Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented.||One of the highlights of our dining experience was the chef’s personal touch – he made it a point to come by, take our feedback, and even prepared some custom dishes as per our request. His warmth and attention to our preferences truly stood out.||Exceptional Staff & Service|The staff at Palette Hill View Resort deserve special mention for making our stay outstanding. Each member of the team went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, well cared for, and happy. A few names that truly stood out during our stay:||Komal at the reception lobby – Calm, composed, and ever-smiling, Komal was extremely accommodating and helpful. Despite managing a busy reception desk under pressure, she handled everything with a positive attitude and grace.||Arun, the Housekeeping Supervisor – A true gem! We had a special request for a cake late in the evening, and Arun made it happen by 11 PM. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made a lasting impression on us.||Nikitha from the restaurant team – Without a doubt, one of the best people we interacted with. Always with a genuine smile, she was quick to respond, attentive to our needs, and just an absolute joy to meet. Throughout our stay, if we needed anything, we just called out her name, and she was there, always ready to help.||We also had the pleasure of meeting Kamal, Ansu, and Praveen – each of them polite, professional, and warm in their approach. Despite the resort being fully booked, the team managed everything smoothly, maintaining high service standards and keeping the environment relaxed and friendly.||Final Thoughts|We give Palette Hill View Resort, Vagamon a solid 5-star rating 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. I visited Palette Hill View with my friends for a vacation, and we had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and hygienic. Our stay at Palette Hill View Resort was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were clean, tidy, and offered a stunning view of the hills. The bathroom was neat and well-maintained, and all the listed amenities were provided just as promised. The service was prompt and friendly, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The food was superb & delicious and freshly prepared. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, which was a pleasant surprise. Honestly, we were a bit worried about negative reviews after booking, but our experience turned out to be the complete opposite. Everything was top-notch, and we found those negative reviews to be totally misleading. The resort is located right at the peak of the mountain, offering a breathtaking view. The infinity pool overlooking the valley added a magical touch to the whole experience. This is undoubtedly one of the best stays in Vagamon. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway.

The location is absolutely stunningperfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the infinity pool overlooking the hills was a highlight. Staff were friendly and helpful, though service was a bit slow during peak hours. Food was good, with decent variety, but could improve in terms of speed and availability. A few maintenance issues here and there, but overall a memorable stay. Would love to visit again.

The luxury mountain view room was very good. Loved the view from the balcony. We couldn't enjoy our time on the balcony at night as a result of the pungent smell of cigarettes from the adjacent room occupied by a stag group. We had the whole pool to ourselves and my baby absolutely enjoyed it. The restaurant is perfect for fine dining with amazing views and the lunch we ordered was delicious. The breakfast buffet was tasty but options were lacking. The staff were all good to us.

We had a one night stay in this hotel recently. Rooms were neat. There was enough parking space also. Behaviour and support of staff, especially from office was excellent. All the staff in this hotel were friendly and supportive. Food was so nice here , but the prices were little high. Overall a very nice experience and recommend this place to those who are searching for a decent stay in Vagamon.

Excellent Place to stay with family. Nice location, Rooms are clean and excellent food. Staffs are very polite in assisting us to make sure our stay is comfortable. They helped us arrange Jeep safari at affordable cost. Close to all the tourist attractions in Vagamon. Highly recommended!!

Amazing stay, friendly staff, great amenities and delicious breakfast. As a group of 7 +1 we enjoyed Vagamon in a different way than all the previous times. We were able to cover Flower garden and flower show after our check-in and also enjoyed the Jeep Safari at 5:30am.
