Silver Cloud Castle Resort

The room and bathroom were not clean, and despite informing the staff, there was no response. Additionally, the bathroom pipe and shower were not working, and there was no voltage in the room.

Nice place..it's just near to masco tea factory.. they have two cottages which is very spacious 2 bed rooms and one hall with sitout model. Staff very supportive.. especially the food they making for breakfast was very tasty. We enjoyed poori masalai, putt with channa curry. We got offer 6000 per cottages for 6 people

Very bad experience we had in this restorent. We got chicken piece with feathers and a piece of cloth with it .

Stayed there for 2 days and the experience was really good. The morning view from the room was fantastic. Most importantly the stay was quite affordable.

One of the best budget stays I had. The location is not too far from the centre. We were 4 and took a cottage, it was different from other cottages nearby. It was too spacious for 4 people. All the rooms and even bathrooms were with generous space. View in the front was also great for the price. There is a restaurant nearby, and food was also good. We reached late, so didn't get much time to spend over there, still enjoyed the stay. Worth for the price

One of the best resort we have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customers. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the room, we could view the gods own land and feel the cool breeze and also the mist.And clean and tidy rooms and restaurant||.||And last but not the least the YUMMY and TASTY AND Variety food by the cook(KaviRaj and his team).They prepared Tamilnadu style and Kerala style awesome foods.||||Thank you so much for the service.

We were 6 of us bachelors and we had booked a double bedroom stay. We reached there around lunch time on August 16th. The drive from Peermade was slow and steady as the roads were not that good. But once after reaching Vagamon we started enjoying the climate and scenery around. We reached the resort around 2 PM or so and food was served hot. We were skeptical if the food would be good and it turned out to be awesome. Had a full meal with some non vegetarian items as well. The stay was quite good with a house sort of resort with two bedrooms, one dining. Since ours was estate facing and the last one there was good privacy as well. We stayed there for one night and all three times we had food only there. The food was awesome except that we had to wait which is fine as you don't get so good quality food elsewhere. They are making some changes to the resort so that we need to get up/down all the steps for food. That is the only drawback I can think of, that too for elderly people who cannot do the climb.

Silver clouds is worth the price. The cottages are good. We did have some problems with toilets but it was cleaned on request. The scenic beauty is really soothing especially in the morning. My family loved the location and the stay. The staffs are very co-operative and willing to meet the customer requirements. The breakfast which was prepared on demand was tasty. We recommend this place for people who would like to stay in Vagamon.
