Worst experience we had .!!!!! the entry road to their resort was fully damaged & the travel was horrible....,, THE Real WORSTT part was the ROOM provided by them on the top of last of the resort!!!!!! The room was spacious enough & looked clean at the first glance but their room was infested with fungus and mosquitoes due to less usage & maintenance!!!! Even the toilets were Not cleaned well and the kitchen was very smelly.!!! We didn't had a sleep that night due to the smell of that room.

Disappointing Experience at Cliff in Resort, Vagamon I recently visited Cliff in Resort, Vagamon, with my friends, expecting a serene and scenic getaway. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of my expectations. The cliff view, which was the main attraction, was not well-maintained. The area was littered with trash and debris, which marred the natural beauty of the spot. Additionally, the resort's amenities and services were not up to par. The staff seemed disorganized, and the facilities were not well-maintained. Overall, I would not recommend Cliff in Resort, Vagamon, to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway.

Was here last weekend, poor service didn't gave me a black tea after 8, i asked tea at 8.05 but gave to another teams after 9, no idea what did I wrong there.. and it was little too much for this rooms not worth 4.5 k for this kinda room without AC, pool was the only good thing there.. ...Maybe because of season they were treating us like they gave us money to stay there..😐😐😐😐

I recently stayed at here , and unfortunately, it was far from the relaxing getaway I had hoped for. and the staff seemed disorganized .guest relation is so bad expecially the owner of the resort mr Shaji.

Suggesting please do not book any rooms if you wish to visit vagamon, customer care services are very bad even the management do not know proper reception for customer , arranging rooms based on priority basis they were demand us to shift allowed room in the midnight , lack of communication and poor reception .

Place is great and peaceful. The place shows a great view. Rooms are spacious have balcony view. Location is remote but there a re many resorts at the same location. Can walk through tea estate. Night at pool was perfect. There was fog and chilly nights.

We had a great stay at this Resort. They're maintaining the place very neat and clean especially they're swimming pool. Rooms with good view is extra plus. Staffs behaviour was too good.
