Holiday Vagamon

Good vacation we had. Food is good taste wise. And we used to get dinner at our dom, and it was high quantity for 2 person. I think u can ask customers before you give. Because we had dietary plans ,on day 1 they have to cook again for us. And since we used the tent ⛺, and it was in the top of the property.the walk we had on that slope is difficult better if it was steps. And washroom in the tent was not having proper hot water.it was coming but it is soo slow and shower is not working with hot water that's the con I found there

Visited this resort in September. Weather was good. The pool and its view is excellent. 4 star rating because of high cost. They have limited rooms but maintained well. Breakfast was good.

Good place to go with family. Good rooms and location. The kids play area and game room is not maintained well , apart from that stay ,food and location was really good and worth the money .

We highly recommend Holiday Vagamon Resort to any guest! Our group of 9 received exceptional treatment during our stay, and we were truly impressed with their service. Having stayed at various hotels before, we found the food at most restaurants to be average, but the chef at Holiday Vagamon exceeded our expectations with delicious and flavorful dishes. The location and entrance of the resort made us feel like we were in a special place, and the views from the resort were absolutely stunning. Our family had a fantastic experience—one couple stayed in the charming tree house, while the rest of us stayed in three executive rooms, all of which were clean and well-maintained. The service staff were outstanding, and the receptionist was especially helpful and kind, always available to assist. We left the resort very happy and look forward to returning in the future!

Chris the manager of this resort is such a rude guy..at the time of stay electricity was out..we talk with the manager regarding the same...he says like you guys are the only customer staying here so we are not suppose to turn on the generator...I'm rating this resort 1 with most regret If there is a option to rate it as zero I would have choose that...location and infrastructure was fantastic but the cleaning staff and manager was such rude guys. Even the cleaning staff come and say like we are not suppose to clean the room according to your wish.

I stay here with standerd room. Its very Good Resort. Rooms are clean and surronded by tea garden. If u want to just relex then go for their upper luxury rooms or tent etc. Only cons do'nt have in house proper resturant but yes you can order from their menu and they delivered in rooms. They have proper cleaned swimming pool. In night resort is little bit scary but in morning totally worth it. They have kids playground also. Also have good space for parking. GO FOR IT.

A great resort in Vagamon located just 3 km from Vagamon town inside a scenic tea plantation with great ambience. We stayed in the deluxe room with balcony which has great tea plantation view. Room cleanliness was average and maintenence may be required in the near future. Room was spacious and had all the basic amenities we expect from a 3 star resort. We booked the room for 4500rs and felt it was little over priced may be because it was second saturday & sunday cum navarathri holidays. Resort has a good infinity pool which along with surrounding camp fire area was well maintained and kept clean. There is a kids play area which was not very well maintained and bushes have grown all over. They have built small walk ways along the tea plantation which is a great experience. One thing I felt to be improved is the restaurant food options. Breakfast buffet was good with options like idly, dosa, poori, puttu, upma, bread butter jam, boiled eggs, sambar, potato curry, green peas curry, chutney, corn flakes, chocos, tea & coffee. One thing missed was a fresh juice. Apart from this the menu is very limited for lunch & dinner. Also they are not providing a room service menu. Instead we need to call reception & ask for the foods available and then order from it. I had lunch & dinner from here which includes chicken noodles, chicken fried rice, chilli chicken & chicken 65. All the items tasted just average. Hope they will improve this. Overall a good experience & a satisfactory stay.
