Vagamon Hill Chimes

I recently stayed at this resort and was highly disappointed. Firstly, the mattresses were unclean and covered in dust, which was quite off-putting. There were stains on the bedsheets, which seemed like they had not been washed. Secondly, the surroundings were extremely noisy in the morning, making it impossible to sleep peacefully. The room was not at all clean or maintained, with a foul smell and even a vomiting-like mug in the bathroom. The overall setup felt more like a local lodge than a resort. Additionally, the place looked entirely different from the photos on Agoda, which was misleading. Overall, it was not at all worth the money paid. The positive reviews on Agoda seem fake, as they do not reflect the actual condition of the place. The only slightly redeeming factor was that the breakfast was okay. This resort is not at all worthy of the price. I would not recommend this place to others.

Whats good View from balcony is amazing and worth every penny you spend Food is homely Whats bad Road to this hotel needs a repair and it will be difficult to commune on this road late evening Food options are limited and no lunch is served in the hotel

Vagamon Hill Chimes is best in hospitality. The staff is very helpful and soft spoken. It is a very homely stay. The view from the room balcony is very scenic. Rooms are clean and tidy. The food options are limited but the taste is very homely. The main cook was not available but the second one was also very good. If you request any food choice they will definitely try to get it. The road to reach the hotel is bit not good but still manageable. As most of the hotels/resorts in Vagamon have the same issue. Even they arranged Jeep Safari which is must to do in Vagamon. It was a great stay at Vagamon Hill Chimes

One must visit this place for the morning view - the sunrise view from balcony among the fogs is simply mesmerizing. Talking about the stay, the rooms are clean, well maintained and bathroom fittings are all good quality. Rahul who was assisting us there was a great person and ensured that we get what we need. Food is tasty, although options could be a bit limited due to its offbeat location. The approach road is a bit tricky but the location of this property compensates for that. Glad I booked my stay there.

Too much away from road. Not the worth. It’s like a lodge not a resort. Not clean and neat. No proper maintenance. Over hyped. Rooms are too noisy and we couldn’t even make good nap.
