Everything about this hotel is just perfect! Perfect view, perfect staff, perfect food, perfect maintenance. There is literally not a single bad thing to say about this place. Staff goes beyond their duties to make sure you get best experience! Keep it up! I stayed in junior suit room with huge long balcony and can’t get the view from there out of my head!

One of the worst stay I have ever had in my life. They have very good infrastructure, but they are not maintaining it. They have tv in every room, but they don't provide remote. They used to serve tea in paper cup, from that you will get their standard. The wifi was unreliable in many rooms. We moved to three different rooms in two days due to their bad service. Overall, my stay was a major disappointment. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. There are plenty of better options out there that offer both good service and a comfortable experience.

We had one night stay with family. My kids enjoyed a lot in their park & pool . Rooms were neat & well maintained & the service was good too.. weather was nice as well . Altogether great stay.

Had wonderful stay at the place for the past two days. Sleek and modern decor rooms, friendly staff, fairly limited but well prepared breakfast buffet and restaurant menu, amazing views and location. The road in the last 200-300 metres to the resort is not paved and there is no lift.... The staff are friendly accomodating polite and fair .....

The only positive aspect of this resort is its location and view. The property is poorly maintained, and the staff lacks hospitality skills. Given the price we paid, we regretted choosing this resort. I do not recommend it at all.

It's a great place, no doubt. Rooms are neat, views are splendid and service is fine. Only thing you have to take care is just the 50 meter road leading to the resort which is not tarred and is stony, kind of rocky and a semi muddy one (doesn't apply to SUVs or Off road biggies) and the heavy speed breakers on the way to resort starting from Masco tea factory (3 of them). Buffet breakfast is modest, but good. Restaurant staff behaviour and service is the best. In terms of visitors other than families, there are bachelors or company get togethers but never annoy or create any nuisance. Pool can be a bit more maintained. Location is also apt for people wanting to move to Elappara or Thodupuzha routes as well as scenic destinations. Overall a good hideout for a vagamon chill.

Very difficult to find, no sign boards Rooms are not good and not up to the expectations. It's not painted well and interior also not good. Wi fi is not working TV is not working Even Power also interrupted always Food is not good especially noodles Surrounding also not good. Overall dissatisfied

Located in high peak with beautiful view from all rooms. Friendly room service Food is average and Amenities could be arranged prior before guest checkin.
