Rock Lake Villa

it was an incredible experience. The villa was beautifully designed, clean, and offered stunning views of the surrounding hills. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The private pool was a highlight, perfect for relaxing while taking in the natural beauty. The location was ideal for exploring Wagamon's attractions. I highly recommend this villa for a peaceful and luxurious getaway.

Property design is thoughtful and very nice. The balcony rooms having an advanced tap system with jacuzzi bath setup and gas based advanced heating system. With such facilities, my experience almost went down to zero as rooms were very very poorly maintained. The entire property has a foul smell (if you are in the Pigeon nest) and the facilitator wasn't polite enough to accept the mistake. Bit harsh. When I asked to clean he was asking me to confirm if I leave the property or not and says new bookings are coming for him. Almost forcing you to vacate at 10PM in the night. Insects and mosquito are there inside the room and not hygiene. Rest rooms weren't clean and the sad part is even dustbins weren't provided even after reminding him to provide one. This is the only property I heard saying "you have network so wifi not provided". Extremely bad approach 😞. They cleaned afterwards but that was enough to stay for only 7hrs. Not convinced. We booked for 2 days but left in just 7hrs 😞😞😞. They happily accepted we are leaving the property. Never said even once sorry or apologize. Only said we will fix it which is not done properly

It's very poor show, road not available up to hotel. Nobody was there to attend us. Very bad smell in rooms. Dusty fans. Spider nets in walls. Bedsheets not cleaned. Please don't book these hotels through online advancing they will not refund amt.

Our experience at this hotel was disappointing. The staff were poorly trained and the service was bad. We encountered many issues, including a lack of water in the bathroom. The management seemed incapable of handling these problems effectively. However, the room we eventually received, which had a balcony, was neat and clean. Overall, we were dissatisfied with the service and management.

We recently stayed at rocklake resort for 3 nights, and our experience was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Our room was spacious and cozy. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were well stocked. This resort offers pool which we thoroughly enjoyed. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. The combination of comfortable accommodations, excellent facilities and outstanding service made for an unforgettable stay.

Worst room in vagamon . Door not working, toilet tab not working, fan controller not working, bed spread not washing, inside and outside not maintaining properly very irrating smell totally waste of money . Totally zero rate
