Villas: - Dirty and untidy place. - Bed covers and blankets are dirty, smelly and old - Too expensive for the rooms, not worthy for 6K Service: - No food, even if you want to pay. - Villa does not have kitchen, if ordered, staffs get you food from near by villas (at the mercy of other villa) - Does not have basic facility other than 2 bottles of water a day overall : - Not a good place for a holiday - only plus, is the location

Background: The staff have been rude and the response have been lackadaisical. They keep taking bookings from all the platforms just to create a high demand for their pathetic place. Then they extort money as prepayment from customers by calling them directly. Problem of the property manager: if there is an issue like this and you are unable to run this property on trust, then kindly delist your property from these sites. It will save quality time for travellers. Suggestion: I would like to advise people going for first time to exercise caution and not fall trap to these kind of cartels.

Best place to hang out with friends or family. The staffs are very friendly and the rents for the rooms and cottage are reasonable. The resort is in the middle of a tea plantation and it has got an excellent view. The food is average and a bit pricey.

The stay experience here was fantastic. The rooms were very clean and are comparatively new. And the property owner Shain was there to help if you need anything. There's also a short walkway into a tea plantation where you are treated with a fantastic view. You can also get the equipments for barbeque set up on request. The served food is also good but there's room for improvement.

Away from the city, for those who want a calm and peaceful environment and nice view of tea plantations. Friendly staff and clean rooms. But no WiFi, no TV in the rooms.No towels and soaps in bathroom. Very narrow road to the property.

Worst experience I've ever faced in resorts so far, Irresponsible ground staffs and management. Not at all supportive and helpful. I won't recommend this for bachelors and family.

Its one of best stays in Vagamon. If you wish to be in a calm and peaceful place away from noise and pollution of town, this is a best choice.Better to reach before 6 PM(especially two wheelers), as the road of 200-300 meter length to resort is narrow(Just an SUV width only in two curves) and have to cross one very small stream on road. Compared to the price, facilities provided are not up to mark. But location definitely compensate that. Tasty food will be provided by host at additional cost (I think its priced a little more). Host Mr.Shan accomodate bachelors and families at different set of cottages. Thanks for that.
