East West Beach Resorts

I had an pleasant stay at East West Bay Resort! The location is perfect beach stay, not right in front of the beach though you can see from balcony, the beach had stunning view if you walk some 150mts. after stepping out of the room. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Our room was clean and comfortable. Owner was very helpful in all aspects like from having local contacts to travel around. Over all we enjoyed the beach and nearby restaurants and cliffs Overall, a wonderful experience. Thank you.

The resort is located right in front of Kappil Bench and is surrounded by a beautiful lake where you can experience boating and sea views. Very courteous customer care service. Your stay is guaranteed to be enjoyable.

Excellent! Very clean and beautiful property on the beach side. Rooms are spacious with good view of backwaters and sea. All request were catered by the staffs.. thanks much, East West Team.

It's a nice place to spend some time during our vacation time. It's in middle and near by so many activities are there and resort care taker have helped us. Only thing is they need to see the road axis near by the resort for 200 metre..

We stayed at lake sea view resort Property located very closed to Sea and can enjoy the backwater and sea both together and its joining place located from the Property within 100 meter walkable distance Beach sea view room - luxury room amenities there but due to big compound wall children and shirt persons cannot enjoy sea view Lake view room : Good view and can sit and enjoy the view Geyser - few rooms has Solar power so geyser nit works in night time and early morning time Wifi : Not worked overall Food ; Good and we enjoyed it overall Staffs Support : Except manager all ither staffs are very kind and supportive worst manager I ever had such worst experience In mobile the owner speak politely and friendly but when three days before he saying rules of chevk in and check out timing is from 11 am to 11 am only which extended after many arguments One day before manager asked me to find other property because of my request to extend the check out time possibility till 2 pm which is just part of negotiations to understand the possibility but manager response was went worse from that time . Not recommended for corporate bookings as they are not aware about billing formalities Manager called late night and blessed me to go to hell for asking proper invoice and next day he threatened me using silly things Becarefuk while booking it for corporate Except managers rude and disrespectful character property and food everything is fine

The location where the rooms are locations were just awesome the front side is the beach view and backside there is a small lake which make more beautiful. The room service were also good but the problem is the price of the rooms the size were so small for their price mainly it's not located on the cliff. Car Parking were good food taste good but they have only 2 options dosa Or idly in my opinion the price they were coating for a single room were too high
