Tarang Holiday Resort

We stayed for 3 days at Tarang resort and the experience was really good! Had checked into a 2 BHK with a huge living/dining and kitchen space. Though there were initial hiccups in sourcing the kitchenwares... the very young manager(Shabeeb) saw to it that everything was sorted! Since it was Diwali time, he was sensitive enough to ask us about the Diwali celebrations to be done at the resort!This gesture really touched us.He got many firecrackers and we celebrated with some sweets too.It was just like a Home....away from home! But a word of advice for a much more memorable stay in Tarang resort. These basics can be provided for a greater experience, which would do wonders to this beautiful property, which has a breathtaking view of the forests and hills from balconies and around! 1. The bare minimum of kitchen cutleries and gadgets needs to be provided along with the basic stuff since there is this facility of kitchen provided! 2. The owner can think of providing homely lunch /dinner after enquiring with the guests, as per their requirements.The modalities for the same to be worked upon please.

Had been to Tarang thrice and each trip was better than the last one! Ideal for large get togethers or even a small personal hide out in Wayanad! Well maintained ambiance and scenic nature together provides a perfect soothing staycation !

Absolutely Horrible Experience - Not Worth the Money I recently had a very disappointing experience with Tarang Holidays during a family trip to Wayanad. We booked a 3-bedroom apartment for 15,000 rupees, expecting a premium experience, but what we got was far from it. The building was new, but the service and management were appalling. If there were an option for a zero-star rating, I would give that. We paid 15,000 rupees, but in reality, the experience felt like it was worth only 6,000 rupees flat, and they collected it in advance. That itself was cheating. They advertised a private pool for our family, which was one of the main reasons we chose this place. However, the "family pool" was very small—only suitable for kids below 5 years old to play in. This was extremely misleading and disappointing. The staff member on site tried his best, but there was only one person assigned to serve all five apartments. This clearly wasn't his fault; the owners should have provided more staff to adequately serve the guests. The lack of sufficient staff resulted in poor service throughout our stay. With the amount we paid, we could have easily stayed in a 3-star facility, but this place doesn't even come close to a single star. I strongly advise against choosing Tarang Holidays if you're looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay in Wayanad.

We stayed in Villa No:04 (Spot) in Tarang Home Holidays. It was a spacious 2 storied villa with 2 bedrooms, 1 Living, 1 Dinning, 1 Kitchen in each floor. It has got a wide an lengthy balcony which provides a good view of greenery. Staffs were very polite, helpful, and ready to serve round the clock. When we requested for a campfire, regardless of the rain, they arranged one with great effort. Work of the swimming pool is going on and will be completed by Jan 2024, as per the officials. Remaining villas are under construction, and hope this project will be in fullfledge in about 1-2 years time.

Tarang holiday resort is a decent property to stay as long as there is cleanliness and privacy of the guests maintained. Location wise, it is top notch with a beautiful view of the sunset and the villa itself is beautiful but poorly maintained. The kitchen was so dirty that if inspected, can be blacklisted in the hospitality sector. The plates and cups had something like cockroach droppings all over and was kept unwashed before the check in. The place had no water, we booked a pool villa and except for the pool, there was no water running on the taps (on both the days, had to call the owner to fix it). There was no drinking water available, we had to purchase from outside. There is 0 privacy- while we were in the pool there were people walking around us, watering the garden, sitting and chit-chatting. There were people from other villas in our pool. The management should inform the guests occupying the other villa that it is a private pool and not something every occupant of the property can use. The most astonishing incident was when morning at around 7:30 a management person enters our villa without knocking. This is a horrible experience, you need to give your guests privacy and not lurk around their spaces. OVERALL RATING- The only thing good about tarang is their villa, apart from that, the hospitality, the service, the food, the privacy all goes to negative rating and is not worth it.

Tarang Holiday Resort is extremely easy to locate and 1 km close to Vythiri town. The owner, Mr. Rasheed is a great man who helped us to plan our daily trips to different major tourist destinations. They always make you feel special. We spent 5 nights at the property. Excellent value for money, and you will get the best calmness and peacefulness which every family ask for. Highly recommended for families with kids.

We had stayed at Vythiri Tarang Holiday Homes for a couple of days in the month of December. The villa is easily accessible via road and has parking space too. The villa oversees a plush green scenery and the view from the villa alone was worth the trip to Wayanad. The property is wonderfully maintained with pitch perfect cleaniness in rooms as well in the kitchen. The caretaker (Safan) is very friendly and is always available for any help you may need. The kitchen has all the utensils you need along with a gas stove as well as a fridge. Safan volunteered for any and every help with cooking, making tea, etc. You can give an amount, as you deem fit, to the caretaker for his services. Coming back to the property, we spent a couple of evenings and mornings just sitting balcony mesmerised by the view from the patio as well as the lawn. The villa has 3 bed rooms with the big hall They also have extra mattresses in case you need them. Would recommend this place for a group of 10-12 people. PS ; If incase you are not preparing food you can call up Mr Rasheed owner has India Gate Restaurant near by they will deliver the delicious food

I had stayed for 2 nights. It was awesome Very nice place to stay. Luxury rooms and Good view. And the best part of it is owner’s of the guest house r very friendly Food on order available India gate and masafi restaurant. Enjoyed....
