Green Cove Resort Munnar

From the moment we arrived, the staff and service were top-notch—incredibly attentive and welcoming. The rooms were layout-perfect and spotlessly clean, but the real highlight was the balcony view, which was simply breathtaking. Enjoying the beautiful swimming pool was the perfect way to unwind. Highly recommended!

The curtains had this strong smell, they were unwashed. The rooms allotted to us didnt have proper handle for the door. I had hot water problem in my room so they gave me a water heater coil. Food was good and the location was great. Pool was good

Property is good|We stayed for 3 nights/2 days: breakfast on both the days was complimentary and very delicious but the dinner we ordered on day one was from north Indian menu was upsetting for palate. The hosts are very warm (they even packed some idli for our way while leaving on request) and the view is good. The location though, is too far and is scary to reach. Take it as a good hotel option in limited budget but in case you are looking for luxury stay, you might get disappointed.

Stayed at Green Cove Munnar on 30-05-2026 with friends. The location is peaceful and offers beautiful views. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff behavior was okay . The complimentary breakfast was decent, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. However, there were several drawbacks. The swimming pool was in very poor condition, with green water that appeared unclean and poorly maintained. We did not receive the complimentary welcome drinks that were mentioned in the booking details. Also, amenities shown in the property photos, such as the carrom board, were not available during our stay.

This was one of the worst hospitality I have ever had and the manager was the main reason. His behaviour towards the guest was shockingly rude arrogant and completely unprofessional. Instead of listening to the concerns or trying to help he was dismissive spoke disrespectfully and made us feel and unwelcome. No matter how good a resorts location or facilities may be, they mean nothing when guests are treated without basic courtesy and respect. A manager should set the standard for customer service but in our case it was the exact opposite. I would not recommend this resort, which we stayed in group and it was the worst experience.
