Had a wonderful stay at Coffee Routes, Thekkady! The resort is surrounded by lush greenery, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The peaceful atmosphere, beautiful views, and well-maintained property made our stay truly memorable. The food was tasty, and the overall hospitality was excellent. The location is also convenient for visiting nearby attractions like Periyar Tiger Reserve and Elephant Junction. Overall, it was a refreshing and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend Coffee Routes to anyone visiting Thekkady and would love to stay here again!

From the facilities to the smallest details, everything reflects quality and professionalism. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and perfectly designed to give a peaceful, nature-connected vibe. What truly makes this resort stand out is the staff. The manager, Mr. Patel, along with the front office team and the entire staff, were absolutely outstanding. Their behavior and hospitality were beyond expectations — they don’t treat guests like customers, but more like family. That personal touch made a huge difference in our stay. Every moment we spent there was relaxing, memorable, and filled with positive energy. The hospitality, service, and overall experience were simply perfect. I enjoyed my stay at this property along with my 3 other friends. Absolutely loved to spend time here walking through the gardens, enjoying swimming, and had fun playing games. What stood out the most was the lush greenery throughout the property. Surrounded by trees, plants, flowers, and well-maintained lawns, it almost feels like you're staying in the middle of a forest. The peaceful atmosphere made the experience even more special. The service was excellent as well. A special thanks to Mr. Farooqe, who ensured that our stay was comfortable and that all our needs were taken care of promptly. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I would gladly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Thekkady.
