It's a nice place, but the route to reach there is not crazy. See the route not location before booking. But any way location is pleasant and good view during morning. Try to book only premium.

One of the worst resort experiences I’ve had. The service was extremely poor, and the way the staff communicated with and treated customers was highly disappointing. There was a complete lack of professionalism, proper communication, and basic hospitality. Whenever we raised a concern or needed assistance, there was very little willingness to help. Instead of making guests feel comfortable and valued, the overall attitude made us feel completely ignored. A resort is not just about the location or facilities — customer service and hospitality matter just as much. Unfortunately, this place failed badly in that area. I genuinely regret choosing this resort and would not recommend it to anyone. Management seriously needs to improve their customer service and staff behaviour.

Worth stay. Humble staff, we had a great and comfortable stay at this place with super morning view.

Reaching there is the first tough, secondly if you are going in April then u hav to go with your own AC or fan, ( they provide one will mount fan) and the temp is hot ( I visited mid of apr-26), then the bed is not good, only plus there is no horn sound, BF is complementary but limited ( we 7 visited but they provide 14 appam also they don't hav kitchen they brought frn outside, and only black tea is available.,not worth for the money.
